Super Central & Newly Renovated 3

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Avenue de l'Hotel de Ville, Montreal, QC H2W 1H3, Canada

The Space

This area (the Plateau) is the most trendy area in the city so if you want to pretend to be a Montrealer for a short time, this is the place to be! It's right in the center of the plateau and within walking distance of all the action, but it's on a quiet residential street so you can be away from the hustle-bustle at night.

You'll be in between St-Laurent and St-Denis streets, some of my favorite Montreal streets for shopping, cute cafes, delicious restaurants, and trendy bars. Just down the block are Duluth and Prince Arthur streets, known for delicious bring your own wine restaurants with great outdoor patios. You really could not be more central! If you need to get around the city, you'll also be within a 10 minute walk of the subway station.

The apartment is newly renovated and tastefully decorated (if I may say so myself!), and you'll have everything you need here - a kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal, that is if you've had enough of all of Montreal's St-Denis street feasts! The living room sofa is convertible to a bed, and I have a blow up mattress that I can set up in the dining room so I can accommodate groups of 6. I have a washer and dryer inside the apartment which is also great for longer stays.

If you want to get to know your neighbors, the building is all Airbnb so feel free! see my other listings here:

  • It's now a couple of times I stay at Maddie's place when I amd in Montreal and as usual, everything was perfect. The place is wonderfully located, very nice, clean and all the arrival process is super easy.

  • My stay at Maddie's place was very nice. Nice and large apartment, very quite.
Close to nice restaurants. Overall we had a nice stay. (I stayed there 11 days, my daughter and boyfriend arrived for 4 days before departure, it was big enough to accommodate them). I recommend Maddie's place.

  • My friends and I had a great stay at Maddie's apartment. The location could not have been any better and the apartment was so cute! Loved the kitchen!

  • I stayed here on my own. It's a very comfortable, functional apartment in a fantastic neighbourhood. I like forward to another visit.

  • My daughter and I stayed in Maddie's apartment--3rd floor. It was clean, roomy, and a wonderful space. She has an artistic eye, so everything in the apartment also looks great! Maddie responded to our questions immediately. I would highly recommend this place and owner to others.

  • The apartment was beautiful, the check-in was easy, and the location was excellent. We had a quiet and peaceful stay over Valentine's Day and loved it.

  • Location was important to us because we are tango dancers and this apartment was conveniently close to several venues ! We also loved that we could sleep 6. I will definitely return.

  • This apartment was great! The photos definitely do the place justice, as all the rooms and amenities were just as advertised. It was clean, new, and a really comfortable place to stay in for the few days we were in town. One drawback is that, while it is centered between two busy, fun-filled streets in the Plateau neighborhood, it also means that it's about a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station. (Though I'm positive the walk would be much more enjoyable in the non-winter months!) The only other negative is that the walls are pretty much paper-thin. The extremely loud guests on the floor below (also from an Airbnb rental apartment) were making so much noise the last night we had stayed that a few of us weren't able to sleep. Of course, this isn't really an issue with the apartment itself but rather just a case of having disruptive building mates. Ultimately, this is a really great apartment for a Montreal exploration and I'd definitely stay here again.

  • Maddie's apartment in Montreal was just as described - newly renovated and in an excellent location. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all basic amenities provided. Maddie was very easy and responsive to communicate with, a lovely lady, and I would highly recommend her apartment to anyone wanting to travel to Montreal.

  • Staying at Maddie's place was an absolutely unreal way to see Montreal. There are so many positive places around this location, giving off so many positive vibes. Her place was beautiful and clean, and I know I will not hesitate to stay there again when I'm in Montreal!
