Our house has a big garden with terrace and is next the the forest of Kempten (with castle ruin, lake...) where you'll find opportunities for running, walking, cycling. In the wintertime you can jump to cross-country-skiing or snowshoeing next to our house.
You live in your own lockable area (2 rooms + big bathroom = appr. 55m2) on the upper floor (no elevator). There you'll find a fridge, a kettle, coffee, tea...
Your hosts live in the other parts of the house.

The space
We tried to design the house completely sustainable and with local items. You'll find (old) wood, second-hand-furniture, cozy accessories and plants mixed up with the industrial look of an old hall. We love cleanliness - but we also love to live. So there'll be one thing or another at the table or a shoe not "in the perfect place" some time :-)

Guest access
You get into the house with your fingerprint - no worries: We'll delete it after your departure.
From the foyer you go up the stairs and enter your rooms: living room with daybed/sleeping couch and big wardrobe, bedroom and huge bathroom with bathtub, shower, towels, shower gel etc.
Feel welcome to use the garden and the terrace with us: You can relax on the sunny side (south of the building) - thanks to the big awning you can be there at any kind of weather.
After talking to us you can also use our kitchen or the washing machine/dryer if necessary.

During your stay
Although we're quite active - one of us it at home mostly. Anyway we are reachable for you (you'll get our mobile-numbers in our message before your arriving). We try to be there for you with words and deeds and/or with hints and tricks :-)

Other things to note
Just to be sure:
- I'm very allergic to several animal hair unfortunately :-(
- You've got your own, complete lockable area in my house. We won't go in there while your stay. (Just, if you wish explicit - if you need anything...)
- In your room you'll find a first-aid-kit and a fire-extinguisher for your safety. If you use any of them, we'd be happy to know.
- Also it would be great to know, if anything gets broken or quite dirty: Please just tell us - it won't be that fatal :-)
