Iko was very nice. She welcomed us with her lovely smile and was very patient with our questions. The house was very cozy. And I loved taking a walk in Prospect Park which was located just across the street. A wonderful Airbnb experience!!!

Iko's house was great location next to very comfy park named Prospect park, good access from the metro station as well. Host were kind and easy to contact, and their recommendation about cafe, restaurant etc was reliable. And also, their house was very clean. If I came NYC next time, I would definitely try to booking again. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience in Brooklyn. Iko's apartment provided the perfect accommodations. The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. The place could use some dusting, I saw a lot of spider webs. Other than that everything was great!

Overall we had a pretty good stay at Iko's. The price is very cheap for the location and the season so that's a very good point. The room was a bit small but comfortable, we had access to the whole apartment which really nice. The location was ok, the neighborhood is not the friendliest but right across the street from Prospect Park and very close to the subway which was amazing ! The only disappointing thing is that we rarely saw Iko and we heard she left the country but she didn't tell us or even send us a text. As she left, there was no one cleaning the apartment, only the last day of our stay someone came to clean up, so the bathroom was getting a bit dirty (there were also other guests). Overall it was nice, we enjoyed New York and we would still stay at Iko's again if we ever come back.

We decided to stay at Ikos place since the price was pretty decent and the subway was literally a 2 minute walk from her place. The area is what I pictured the authentic new york experience to be, less gentrified then some other places in Brooklyn. Prospect park was around the corner which was nice to check out. Her apartment was clean and even though there were other people staying there as well, we still had our privacy which was great. Air conditioning in our room was a god send since the weather was extremely hot. Iko was very friendly and receptive to our questions and suggested some local places to check out. If your a girl visiting alone, I would suggest being careful about coming home on a late night just as a precaution. The area was lively and the Brooklyn museum was just 2 stops away on the subway map. We checked out early but were not leaving until later that night, Iko was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at her place in the meantime. Would def recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit Nyc.

Iko is a really sweet and helpful host, and I would recommend her place to anyone travelling to New York. Once we forgot to bring the house key, so she has to get there and open the door for us. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay there. Iko是一个超级赞的host,她会给你介绍周围的餐馆啊什么的,而且有什么游玩的问题都可以问她。然后有一次我们把公寓的钥匙落在了家里,还麻烦iko赶回家里给我们开门。

My bff and I stay at Iko's apt for 5 days and we enjoy it every minutes. Iko welcomes us upon our arrival with open arms and makes us feel at home. She is very accommodating and answer our concern quickly. The room looks exactly like in the picture, has towels, AC, clean, well-kept, and comfy bed. Bathroom is also clean; there are hair dryer, shampoo & other amenities available. Kitchen is small but efficient. It's also a quiet neighbor; street noise is almost unnoticeable at night. We shared at the apt with other airbnb guests but we didn't have any problem sharing the common area. They were only there during half of our stay; we pretty much had the entire apt to ourselves 80% of the time. Laundromat is also right around the corner, don't over pack, do your laundry here! The apt locates right across from Prospect Park on 2nd floor. On Sunday, you can walk to the food fair Smorgasburg inside the park, trying trendy foods from various vendors and hang out like a local. Subway station line B & Q is only 3' walk. Take the Q train and you'll be in Manhattan in 30' ($2.75 each trip). Uber is accessible but expensive, $20 pool to Penn station, $70 from EWR. We walk home late almost everyday and find it's pretty safe. We had a small lock out incident here but Iko was quick to response and had her friend come over to help us. Now I truly believe not all hero wear cape, thank you Anibal! It was a successful trip to New York and I'm not even exaggerating to say that staying at Iko's apt definitely plays a big part. Thank you Iko for hosting us! We're looking forward to see you again on our next trip to NY :)
