We have installed one security camera overlooking the front porch, which records video and audio to ensure you have a perfect and safe stay. There are also two smart home devices, one mounted on the living room ceiling and the second near the patio area, which record noise decibel levels. They do not record audio or video.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
