Welcome to the coveted Sailport Resort! Privately owned waterfront luxury condos in the heart of Tampa. Wake up to a beautiful view and drink your coffee while the breeze rolls in through your private balcony overlooking the bay. Fully renovated unit with quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring and a king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy everything Tampa has to offer while relaxing and living the beach life. Heated community pool overlooking the bay with a bar and grill.

The space
The bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, offering a restful retreat after a day of exploring the area, this is one of the few units in the whole complex that features a kind bed. In the living room, you'll find a cozy queen-sized sofa bed that provides additional sleeping arrangements for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a French door refrigerator complete with a water dispenser. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need in this well-appointed kitchen.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with two 4K televisions. The living room offers a large 65-inch screen, perfect for enjoying movies or catching up on your favorite shows. The bedroom also features a 50-inch TV with cable TV. Smart TV capable to login to various apps such as Netflix.
