To get from the airport to our apartment in the center of Santiago we recommend to take one of the following transfers:
Both of these companies have offices at the Santiago airport, so it is not necessary to book in advance. Shared transfers are cheaper than taxis, it might take more time to get to the center though, because other people might get dropped of first. It is also possible to book a private transfer with these companies.
An other option is to take a taxi. It´s important to ask for the price before you go, especially if you look foreign. A normal price is around 15.000 CLP. But never pay more than 17.000 CLP!

Great apartment in the heart of Santiago, clean and very comfortable for 3 people. Perfectly located for visits to all the major sites, short walk to both the historical centre and Bellavista neighbourhood. Hosts were quick to respond to any needs we had. Thanks Ale y Jorge!
Jorge and Ali were great hosts. They communicated well prior to our arrival and Ali was there to meet us with a smiling face and lots of tips for making our stay enjoyable. The apartment is well appointed, beds very comfy and a good little home away from home. Easy walk to metro and sights. Bring your ear plugs though as the traffic is constant. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
Cozy apartment adjacent to the historical center of Santiago. Many of the sights within walking distance, but taxis are plenty and cheap in the event you rather not walk (metro and buses are also nearby). Grocery store is also nearby in the event you want to cook. Unobstructed view of the Andes from the apartment's balcony. I am sure the views are more spectacular when Santiago is not experiencing seasonal smog issues. Ale met us upon arrival at the apartment building and is available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Overall, we were very happy with the location, view, host, and value.
Lovely apartment, very clean with good amenities. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us information on the local area. The rooms get a bit hot at night but fine with the windows open. I would recommend staying here.
Jorge and Ale were amazing hosts. They met us at the door no problem when we arrived even though our flight had been delayed a couple of hours. That was a pretty good representation of how they were for our entire stay. They were quick to respond to all of our inquiries througout our time in Santiago.
