Wendi's studio apartment truly was perfect for our two night stay.
Impeccably clean, comfortable, spacious, and offers plenty of daylight and a lovely scenic view from the kitchen nook.
And the neighborhood is very quiet and without intrusive street lamps, which meant we were able to see so many stars in the evening! A total bonus.
In general I wish Bend was a little easier to navigate & access by foot. This space is fairly close to downtown and I'm sure if I had had more time, walking downtown from the studio would be a good adventure.
Great studio. Clean. Bright and airy. Clean. Private. Overall, exactly as described by host!
Clean and quiet studio that is close to mountains and downtown. Perfect for two people. Wendy was a great communicator. We would
Stay here again.
My husband and I stayed in Bend over the Christmas holiday weekend at Wendi and Blake's studio apartment. It was the perfect size, cozy and very nicely decorated inside as well as very clean. It was also very private and very quiet. Though it is situated over the garage Wendi and Blake did not use the garage during our stay and parked under their carport. I really thought that was considerate and appreciated the gesture very much as I am a light sleeper.
For our arrival, Wendi added a few very nice touches to give the apartment some Christmas spirit and warmth. She left several Christmas cookies and a poinsettia on the kitchen table and a small tree decorated with Christmas lights. I thought that was very kind.
We appreciated so many things about our stay there but especially appreciated the quietness, the privacy and the thoughtful considerations of Wendi and Blake. We would love to stay again on future visits to Bend.
About the Host, Wendi
I have lived in Bend, Oregon now for 13 years with my husband and 3 kids. I love all that the four seasons of Central Oregon has to offer with the various things to do and see. Our family snowboards, x-country skis, mountain bikes, hikes, paddle boards, camps and canoes depending on the season. There is a little bit of something here for everyone and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! When I'm not outdoors with my family, I enjoy reading, baking, and hanging out with family and friends with a nice glass of wine or meeting them at one of Bend's 12 micro-breweries for a tasty, handcrafted beer (a little plug there;-). I have the very special job of being a stay-at-home mom and I manage this listing in my spare time. My husband is a Physical Therapist who owns a small practice in town and we both feel very blessed to love what we do and live where we live!
