Welcome to Loretta's Lodge, a modern three story 2900 sq ft "A-frame" cabin with 8 beds, 8 ft Barrel Sauna, and bathrooms on each level and heated floors throughout just 6 miles from Lutsen Mountain! We have for you an 8 ft barrel sauna with winter views of Lake Superior, that sits 6-8 people. Shuffleboard, Darts, Peloton bike, fuseball, bags, big jenga, and board games will keep you occupied on bad weather days, while the two decks, AND hammock

The space
Loretta’s Lodge is a spacious A frame cabin with an open kitchen, dining room, living room, and basement game room. Enjoy meals at the large dining room table that can comfortably seat 10 or on the deck overlooking Lake Superior. Spend time mingling as you cook with barstools at the kitchen island.

It has 3 spacious bedrooms - one on each floor and each with their own designated bathroom. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a private 3/4 bathroom. The main floor bedroom has a king sized bed and is adjacent to another ¾ bathroom. The third bedroom is the basement bunk room with four full sized beds in a bunk bed configuration with an adjacent full bathroom, perfect for adults and kiddos alike.

There are two TVs in the cabin, one in the upstairs loft and one in the basement family room. Both allow access to netflix and other streaming platforms by simply logging into your account. The upstairs loft also has a desk for remote working and wifi speeds of 250 mg so you’ll have no problem on those video calls.

Enjoy time with family and friends in the basement gameroom where you will find shuffleboard, foosball, life size connect four, and a variety of board and card games for all ages to play.

The cabin has plenty of options for outdoor eating/seating with 2 decks and a firepit. The upstairs deck boasts a grill and adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Superior while the lower walkout deck has a large dining table.

Convenient for the North Shore hiking trails, mountain biking, and golfing at Superior National Golf Course. Loft, game room, outdoor seating, and great decks with a view of the lake! Grand Marais is just a 25 minute drive away. We are located right off Hwy 61 just 5 minutes from North Shore’s famous Fika Coffee and convenient to all the local hikes.

*Access to snowmobile trails from the house within the development!

If you are looking for a North Woods feel with all the modern amenities and a great view of Lake Superior, you’ve come to the right place.

4WD/AWD is highly recommended once the snow starts falling.
