This is a charming and spacious apartment located in the highly sought-after neighborhood Condesa.
My favorite part is the sun light that fills the whole space all day long, making it really cozy and welcoming.
The apartment is one of the seven floors that combined create a beautiful building from the 1970's, with impressive glass wall balconies fulfilling the space with amazing sun light. Surrounded by other architectural wonders, this is a real treat for sightseeing and grasping the true spirit of the area.
The apartment is fully equipped in every desirable aspect: full kitchen with all the gear you might need to make tasty quesadillas and a spacious shower bathroom. With two main bedrooms, the apartment features a great living room/dining room to entertain guests, read, work or simply have a drink.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, a small but enjoyable library (featuring both books and DVDs) and an open invitation to all the linen and bath towels available.
There's a little bit of sharing to be done with me as I might be occupying the other room available. However, there's a high probability that you'll be left alone as I travel quite a bit and the apartment is constantly empty.
Looking forward to having you stay with me!
The neighborhood is considered the "in spot" by creatives and artists alike. It is the place to be for up-and-coming business people, gallery owners, and intellectuals.
Amongst other highlights, Condesa is home to a large number of the most delicious restaurants in the city, cozy coffee houses, and the hippest nightclubs, bars and music halls in town.
Because of its character, it's been compared to SoHo in New York City, Paris' Latin Quartier and London's East End. Its avenues are wide and lined with beautiful trees and, to top that, it is here where you will find two of the most beautiful parks in the city: Parque España and Parque Mexico. Both are enchanting spots to hang out, work out and meet the locals. Actually, this apartment oversees Parque Mexico which means there're few better places to be when staying in trendy Condesa.
Walking distance from any sort of public transportation –bus stops and subway stations just a few blocks away, and an eco-bici station just around the corner– you have everything you need. With both traditional Mexican markets and your regular supermarkets (and, just to make it even better, a few steps from Origenes, the mexican standard in organic and wholesome foods), you'll be right in the middle of everything. By the way: a traditional coffee shop "La Finca de Veracruz" is just across the street.
1. The most important one is that we don´t allow any visitors.
2. Maintain the apartment clean and tidy, just as you find it.
3. We kindly ask to double check that the water taps are perfectly closed in order to prevent water waste, specially the bathtub and kitchen´s.
4. Be sure that main doors are kept locked.
Apart from that, we hope you enjoy your stay and have a great time in Mexico! :))
I am as passionate about music and film festivals, as I am about traveling. I love meeting new people and absorbing local cultures in a variety of destinations worldwide. I truly enjoy sharing my favorite spots in the city whenever I have friends and family in town, especially for great food and good music. Find great pleasure in helping others and I am happy when people have a great time in Mexico City!
