A dedicated office on the lower level allows guests to work or study while on holiday. The downstairs home theatre offers a large screen tv, surround sounds and blackout blinds for comfort and ease to ensure you have a relaxing evening in.

Boosting 4 bedrooms, including two en-suite bathrooms, this home is ideal for friends and family holidaying in Central Otago.

Over Winter months the main ski fields are less than 30-minutes’ drive, along with ski boot warmers, drying cupboard and central heating throughout this home is the perfect winter retreat!
