Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)

The space
A block and a half to the beach. This is our guest house it is completely separate with private access and private parking and access is separate from our house. It is spacious clean, nicely decorated and light. There is a queen bed and a very comfy queen sofa bed . Plenty of closet and drawer space and a large counter with seating for work space . The bathroom is spacious and very nicely appointed with walk in shower, toiletries, fresh clean towels and a hair dryer.

I love where we live a block from the beach and love the southern California lifestyle. I have traveled and lived many places in the world.
