Welcome to your stunning 800sf studio casita only 8 miles from Zion National Park! Enjoy breathtaking views of Gooseberry Mesa while you unwind on the sectional sofa . Relax on the king-size bed with premium mattress or watch your favorite show or game on the 65" smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen features a microwave, induction cooktop, and Keurig coffee maker. Ample parking for vehicle, trailer, and UTV. Your perfect getaway in Virgin, UT awaits!

The space
The casita, with its own private entrance, was built as part of our new home brand new in early 2023. The space is very open and roomy with a 15' ceiling and dimensions of 50' x 16' totaling a comfortable 800sf of living space. The most notable feature is a large 8'x7' picture window in the front with incredible views of Gooseberry Mesa, especially at sunset! There is also a large window in the bedroom area, and two transom windows in the living area providing plenty of natural light. The bedroom window includes privacy curtains along with blackout curtains. The large picture window also has blackout curtains.

The casita includes two 68" ceiling fans and a LG dual-zone ductless mini split HVAC allowing you to control your own temperature.

The split dining table has casters on one half that allow that portion of the table to be moved and create a second dedicated workspace where you choose, be it in the more subtle bedroom space or directly in front of the big picture window to enjoy the view while you work. The full bathroom includes a vanity with mirror, toilet, and step-in shower with sliding glass door surround.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire studio, the patio area in front of the casita, and 80' of parking next to the casita providing plenty of room for trucks, trailers, UTVs, Jeeps, and boats. As well, there is an open-air outside shower at the end of the parking area that is available to guests, either purely for enjoyment or to get a layer of our red desert dust off of you after a day in the dunes or hitting the trails.

Neighborhood highlights

We are in a brand new, small neighborhood of 10 homes with great neighbors, some of whom have lived here in Virgin their entire lives, and others from all over the country who are thrilled to call Virgin, UT home.
There is a nice local full-size grocery store, Davis Food & Drug, about 4 miles away in La Verkin with a True Value hardware store that's actually attached which makes for a perfect couples trip to the store! :)
There are only two restaurants close (less than a mile), Balcony One and The Cactus Room/Buffalo Trading Company. The two restaurants couldn't be more different from an ambiance perspective, but both have fantastic food.
Besides those, there are many restaurants in Springdale, La Verkin, and Hurricane, all less than a 20 minute drive.
