It’s a Private room in a lovely flat
Location : can't be better.
Rue neuve is well-located…It offers ideal access to the shops, restaurants and markets of the Old Town ( a stone drop walk away). The recently renovated Place Garibaldi is just around the corner; the perfect spot for lunch in the sun or an early evening aperitif. There is a great array of restaurants and wine bars in the area and you are also close to supermarkets and major bus stops, making it a great base location from which to explore the Riviera the beach front and Promenade des Anglais, Nice Old Town, museums, Nice Etoile Shopping Mall, only 5 minutes away.
Located just next to the famous Place Garibaldi . Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, Velo Bleu (Nice bike rental system), everything you need literally at your doorstep! All public transport: tramway, all major buslines, all steps away about 50 meters- easy, and convienent for visiting Monaco, Cannes, Italy, Eze, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, and many beautiful sites and typical villages along the coast. Excellent accessibility for guests arriving to/departing from Nice airport:
the flat is conveniently located next to the airport shuttle Bus 98 stop that will take you right to the airport.
The apartment is just 1 minute from the old town and 10 minutes from the beach and served as a wonderful base to explore Nice - as well as a quiet, comfortable and charming space to relaxAs we say in this part ENJOY!!!

It's an attic flat,so you're tall as a basket player and care your head unfortunately this flat isn't for you ;-) Ladies: note there's no Hair dryer :-)

To be honest, it’s the perfect place to chilled out after a whole day on the beach, after visits (museum,) walking or shopping
The apartment was in an excellent position for restaurants, food shopping and transport links to get around the Cote d’Azur.
Staying in the entrance of the old town gave a new dimension to a visit to Nice. .please note that : you can hire the whole flat ( 4 pax capacity ) when i'm abroad https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/938633
he old town (Vieux Nice) beneath the hill is a maze of streets and alleys, with many picturesque houses, boutiques and home to the daily flower and fruit market of the Cours Saleya.Near the central bus terminal, there is also the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC) with four connected towers featuring modern and contemporary artists and their sculptures, paintings, and conceptual installations. Its open-air roof terraces offer one of the best panoramas of the city.
To the west, there is the Musee des Beaux-Arts housing an excellent collection of pastels and other works by Jules Cheret, among other artists. Cliff Walk —
If you go past the old port (probably 15 minute walk) heading east toward Monaco, there is a little pathway that leads from Coco Beach along the side of the cliff, the "Sentier Littoral" which you can follow around Cap de Nice half way to Villefranche, but be prepared for several hundred steps up to rejoin the road.
It’s a very beautiful walk and you will find mostly local people using

From the airport by bus
Take the 98 airport bus so getting there is very easy.

Do not leave any personal belongings in your car
You can park you car on the area (around 15mns walk ) in the area but it’s definitely more convenient ( but a little bit pricey ) to car your park in this private car park

What I suggest? park your car, for the first night ( really more comfortable for the luggage’s ) and the day after, look for place near by .
Actually I don’t ‘recommend to use you car during your stay because during the peak season, it’s always a traffic jam & defintly impossible to car your park in eze or St jean cap Ferrat for instance
Everything is within a walking distance or easily reachable by car/buses/trains
From the main train station, turn on the left and reach the tramway stop ( gare sncf)
Take the tramway (direction HOP Pasteur) 1.5€/per way /pax
5’ stops away, stop at Garibaldi cross the Garibaldi suare and between Café de turn ( shell fish retsauratant ) and café la civette , there’s small pedestrian street, called rue neuve stop at number 4 ; ring at darnet

The flat door key is unique and not easy to replace. It requires an expensive certificate. This will cost us € 50,- so needless to say, please do not loose the key
