Welcome to my home: a lovely apartment in the vibrant Bushwick neighborhood of New York!

The apartment balances comfort with cutting edge home technology. I've spared no expense in my renovations and hope you enjoy the finishes.

You will be SHARING the space with the host. You will have your own private room, only the common room & bathroom will be shared. Please reach out with a bit about yourself and with the correct details of your booking. We would love to accommodate you on your trips.

The space
Bedroom: Nestled in this charming apartment is your own retreat, complete with a comfortable queen-size bed. Guests stay in Bedroom 1 and I stay/work in Bedroom 2. There is plenty of room to work in the living room, or outdoors on the private patio when the weather is nice.

The couch can also come out to be a full-sized bed for larger parties. If you have questions or need more space, message me and we'll see what we can work out.

1. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, tons of modern appliances, perfect for meal prep and gatherings.
2. In-unit washer/dryer for ultimate convenience.
3. Step onto the massive private patio that doubles the apartment's size. We've got furniture, outdoor equipment, and will be getting more fitness equipment for outdoor workouts.

During your stay
I work at home during the day and mostly am out by night. I enjoy socializing and connecting with guests, but also respect privacy and want to give you the freedom to do your own thing. Don't be a stranger and let me know whatever I can do to make your stay more comfortable!

Other things to note
I live here! This is my home, NOT a hotel! I have professional cleaners every month and have been hosting for 9 years! If you have a larger party I am happy to accomodate on a case-by-case basis, but please remember this is primarily my home that I am opening up to the classic Airbnb experience.

Also, the apartment is fully stocked with basic food and drink. Feel free to use all the spices, snacks, beverages, and whatever else is fully stocked. One of the savings I can pass on is buying things in bulk and splitting costs across guests, so whatever we can get to increase your comfort, just message in advance!

This prime Bushwick location is minutes from Dekalb (L) and Knickerbocker (M) stations, offering easy access to Union Square, Chinatown, and Lower Manhattan. Explore the neighborhood with a 7-minute walk to Maria Hernandez Park, a 15-minute stroll to House of Yes, or a 23-minute journey to Brooklyn Mirage. Bushwick is the new Williamsburg, and I personally feel like it's the frontier of where the artsiest New Yorkers are working their craft.
