Building amenities just across the hall include the shared heated outdoor pool (seasonal, March 1–October 31), fitness center with stationary bikes, free weights, treadmills, rowing equipment, and a workout bench; a co-working lounge; and a courtyard with fire pits, gas BBQ grills, outdoor dining, and ping-pong.

Use the DOOR mobile app and smart lock for self check-in and secure building and unit entry.

Elevator access is available.

Free residential garage parking has 49 spaces and is first-come, first-served; paid on-site/off-site parking options and Level 2 EV charging are also available.

Lobby luggage drop-off is available daily from 9:30 AM–5:30 PM.
