Max is an inspiring person and a host way beyond my expectation. He is courteous, ever helpful and very professional.
The place is very comfortable, homely and super tidy. It truly made my stay very memorable.
An experience not to be missed!
Am lost for words to ever thanks Max.
Will come back for sure.
I appreciated the emails from Max before my arrival. They made me feel welcome. I experienced no problems on arrival - there was someone there to greet me and show me around. The room was clean and tidy and I enjoyed a good night's sleep. The entire neighbourhood was quiet, and up-market. There was plenty for me to eat at breakfast, which I enjoyed on the balcony. It's such a gorgeous view from there!
The house is in a beautiful area. Even though Max was not there, his hospitality was evident in his pre-visit communication, information provided on arrival, and facilities offered. The longer-term guests were kind and welcoming.
Surpassed expectations. A beautiful place to stay. Warm and generous hospitality . Good walking places.
Max Hart was an exceptional host. He was very sensitive to our needs and comfort. His knowledge about the places we were to visit was immense and history of Australia was very well narrated to us.
His Place was very neat and clean with lots of amenities such as bikes to ride, Kitchen to cook and computers unlimited use. he also gave us a ride around the city and he rented his car to tour the places around.
We had a great dinner together and shared many personal memories together.
Max is very ethical, honest and responsible individual.....lots to learn from him.
View from his place was the best, very pristine and serene.
We made a life long friend.
With respect Smita and Pankaj Maryland,USA
Max was a very welcoming host, a late arrival was no problem, & the facilities available to us were more than we could utilise during our stay. Plenty of parking was available outside the house, traffic flowed easily in & out of the suburb, & public transport was a short walk away. Recommended as a peaceful, affordable location to base yourself out of in Melbourne.

I like to keep a lovely, well organised and equipped house looking and feeling beautiful, inside and out, sharing interesting conversations and cooking tasty meals, watching glorious sunsets from my upstairs balcony and cycling by the water through endless parkland, where I live. I love what I do for work, helping people achieve their lifestyle goals and making enough money for them to do that by specialised management of their investments, supported by intensive, ongoing research myself and my team conduct into all types of investment markets and unique (website hidden) economics fascinates me and the future of global food production, global demographics, politics of equality and eliminating corruption are my abiding interests for reading and dialogue.
