Location, location, location! The building is in the heart of Vancouver's best retail shopping as well as casual and elegant dining - with food from around the globe. It is located just around the corner from the Robson street shopping street, 2 blocks from Pacific Centre mall, 1 block from the Vancouver Art Galley, 1 block from the prime office towers, just 5 blocks to the ocean and the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre and less than a 15 minutes walk to BC place Stadium and Rogers Arena for football and hockey games. It is also within walking distance to Stanley Park, Yaletown, and the Vancouver seawall.
The building was built in classical Victorian style and is extremely well-maintained. It is one of the very few pre-1920 buildings within the city center.
The apartment is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and thick organic topped mattress, sectional pull out sofa in the living room, an heirloom dining room table with leather chairs, and two flat screen HDTVs. It has a full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave as well as a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with marble tiles, a glass shower door and an overhead rain shower faucet. For the business traveller, it also has a dedicated office nook.
If you are arriving at the Vancouver International Airport, you can take the skytrain and get off at the City Centre station and walk 3 blocks. If you are driving, we will give you directions to the apartment. Parking is available for an additional fee of $16 per night.
Tenants must follow the strata bylaws and regulations. You will be asked to sign a Form K (a demand from the building's management), stating you will comply with the bylaws. We have a few of our own "responsible guest" requests: Please remove your shoes when entering the apartment. Only registered tenants may stay overnight. No more than 6 people in the apartment at any given moment. For the health and comfort of residents and tenants, there is positively no smoking in our apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in complete forfeiture of the damage deposit.

This is our second time staying at Burrard 777. Our stay was great as usual. Our host was nice and patient even though we checked in a little later than we anticipated. We love the location of this apartment. This time we rented a car and the parking provided is convenient and safe.
We wished we could have stayed longer; Vancouver is such a beautiful city and having a great stay in this apartment made the vacation even better.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location! The apartment is only about 4 blocks from the Canada Line and so very easy to access from the airport. The apartment is beautifully and elegantly decorated and furnished, and is equipped with everything you might need, incl. tea, coffee, salt, oil, washing up products, and so on. Emails were answered very quickly and Adine was very helpful.
Adine and David did a great job of staying in touch. Their description of the apartment and the neighborhood were both spot-on. This lovely apartment made a great base camp for our week in B.C.
Adine was very helpful and communicative in arranging our stay. The apartment is incredibly well located, and a very comfortable spot to return to after a day of exploring! It is only minutes away from some of the City's most exciting neighborhoods, including Robson Street and Gastown. A place I would definitely return to!

Look no further - this is THE PLACE to stay during your visit to Vancouver, BC. Public transportation is close by and the apt is central to most anything you'd want to visit. One day we took the train to the 620 bus to the 90 minute ferry ride from Tsawassen Terminal to Schwartz Bay for an all day excursion to beautiful Butchart Gardens. It was a very long day, but well worth it and highly recommended!! The trendy/popular neighborhood where the apt is located lends itself to normal city noise, with occasional sirens from fire trucks or ambulances, but we did not find it overbearing nor disruptive. Remember, you are living in the heart of the city! To fully appreciate our review, you really need to understand that we are frequent and independent travelers with extremely high standards for cleanliness and a desire for a well organized kitchen with high quality pots/pans and utensils. On this trip, my sister-in-law joined us and we had adequate space to accommodate the three of us comfortably. I might mention that the bathroom is small, but adequate. Adine and David's newly renovated, historical apt. exceeded our high expectations and that's saying a lot. I am often described by friends as a well organized and meticulous woman nicknamed "clean freak". We often have to clean the places we stay before being able to enjoy the living space, but that was not the case here. Although we researched dining venues and activities before our arrival, we found plenty of information/brochures in the apt. and David & Adine's recommendations were extremely helpful. Pre-arrival email contact with our hosts was very pleasant and resulted in everything proceeding smoothly and without delay upon our arrival and easy transportation via Sky Train from the airport to the apt. Although we considered numerous hotel and Airbnb choices, I think we won the lottery and would definitely return to stay here on a future visit to beautiful Vancouver.
We had nothing but the best experience at Adine and David's lovely apartment. It was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully well-kept. The location was central to everything we wanted to do while we were tourists for the week. Despite being on a busy street, it's tucked away and you can really escape there. There was plenty of information about things to do around Vancouver, and even a few snacks left for us in the cupboard.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely place to come back to while passing through Vancouver.

We live in Vancouver and love all that this city has to offer. We ski, sail, hike and enjoy seeing the world. We live in the most beautiful part of West Vancouver and our city apartment is the best part of downtown Vancouver. A few years ago we visited Budapest and fell in love with this beautiful city. So much so that we bought and renovated a protected heritage apartment there, in the 5th district. We love how vibrant and international it feels.
