I welcome you to a lovely, fully furnished, 2.5 bedroom apartment on the world famous Palm Jumeira. The apartment has 2 Bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom, 3.5 Bathrooms, 1 Living, 1 Dining, 1 Kitchen, 1 Balcony and can comfortably sleep 7 guests.
Bedroom #1: Has 2 Double sized beds (140 x 200) that can comfortably sleep 4 people. It has a walk-in closet, with an en-suite bathroom with shampoos, soaps, fresh towels, etc.
Bedroom #2: Has one King sized bed with fresh clean linen and towels provided. It also has an en-suite bathroom with plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom #3: Has a bunk bed (90 x 200) with an en-suite bathroom, no windows and half the size of the other bedrooms - kids love this cozy little space and want it for themselves. Also great for keeping a baby's cot or just a spare, bonus room.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking pots, cutlery sets, dishes, and many other cooking utensils.
Living Room & Dining Room: Internet TV, music, furnished with comfort and class!
Balcony: Furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking beautiful green gardens with a children’s playground and a walking/jogging pathway.
Guest Bathroom: An additional, 3rd guest bathroom (called a 'powder room') is at the entrance of the apartment.

Guests have the benefit of enjoying this entire apartment. The listing is a private listing, and not shared with any other occupants.

Across the Street:
Use the pedestrian crossing and right opposite, about a 2 minute walk, you will find a Subway open 24hours - they also serve breakfast. Costa Coffee is right next to it and so is the Beach Club. Bidi Bondi, also at the same location, is a great bar and restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and seating can be on the patio overlooking the beach!
PALM JUMEIRA NEIGHBORHOOD:
*Walking distance: Bili Bondi Bar, The Beach Club, Costa Coffee, Supermarket, Spas and many other Bars & restaurants.
*5 mins drive to: Mall of the Emirates, Atlantis Hotel, Zabeel Saray 7 Star Hotel, etc
*10 mins drive to: Ibn Battuta Mall, JBR, Dubai Marina, Burj al Arab, etc
*20 mins drive to: Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Airport,
1. The Monorail is a few minutes walk, it goes from one end of Palm Jumeira to the other end. It does not connect to the metro.
2. Taxis are readily available either on the streets or to be called in advance over the phone. There is a taxi stand across the street.
3. Airport Transfers available at $50.

In this apartment, the black sofa upstairs can be extended into a comfortable double bed which can accommodate two more guests.
Towels, high quality bed sheets and linens are provided with the room upon your booking.
There is no place on premises to store luggage before check in or after check out, but Terminals 2 and 3 have facilities available for your convenience.

We want you to feel at home, and there are only a couple of house rules.
We ask that you do not smoke, bring pets or use the apartment for parties. We also ask that you provide a photocopy of each guest’s passport when the reservation is confirmed.
Lost keys and access cards are expensive, so unfortunately this would result in a payment to replace them being deducted from your security deposit.
The apartment was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the photos. Everything was spotless and we had no problems checking in, using wi-fi, etc...we felt right at home immediately. Khadijah quickly responded to any questions I had. The location was great...a quick can ride to all of Dubai's major attractions. We used the late night market across the street as well as the cafe Bidibondi (great food. Especially right off the plane when you don't want to go far). I would absolutely recommend this property if you are traveling to Dubai.
Great apartment on the palm. Simple check in process, everything in order.
I had 3 days straight of wedding celebrations so barely spent anytime in the unit but you could quite happily do so. Bidi bondi over the road which is a plus!
Great location. Apt was perfectly appointed, clean with plenty of room. Khadijah was very accessible and the rental process went smoothly. The experience was perfect for my out of town guests.
Apartment was as described (ground floor) in a nice secure building with grocery and a few restaurants nearby. There is a nice walking trail and paid access to the beach club. Deliveries and taxis are easy to come by. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend and stay again.
