The hosts are great. Responsive when called but invisible otherwise. The casita is small but the location is wonderful and this is my favorite place to stay in Tucson when I travel alone (and I can stay anywhere as I just "expense account" it). When I travel with my family I stay elsewhere because of the size.
Tim and Chelsea were phenomenal hosts. Great communication and local suggestions. The bungalow is private, immaculately clean and as cute as can be. It was the perfect spot to stay during our travels! Thank you so much!
I had a very positive experience staying in Chelsea and Tim's guesthouse. They are very quick to respond to all communication. The guesthouse was very clean, comfortable, tasteful, private and quiet. I could not have asked for a better experience. I look forward to my next visit.
My experience in your guest house was more than wonderful! The patio is just perfect. Thank you so much for the coffee and wine. This was the perfect home away from home for me.
Tim and Chelsea's guesthouse is lovely! It's clean, quaint, and affords lots of privacy. The guesthouse has a private gated entrance with it's own yard space/ patio area, separate from the main house in which Tim and Chelsea reside. It is also well located, in a quite residential neighborhood near the campus. I would definitely stay at Chelsea and Tim's guesthouse again!
We loved the guesthouse so much we even extended our stay! Thanks guys!
I absolutely loved Tim and Chelsea's guest house. Perfect location, close to 4th Ave and downtown shops, bars, restaurants and University of AZ (5-10 minute drive). The guest house is situated just off the main house on a quiet neighborhood street. It has a private entrance and an adorable patio just off the main room. The space is perfect for one person or a couple. Amazingly comfortable bed. Very clean and modern space. All the amenities you need. Tim and Chelsea even left a great bottle of wine for us to enjoy. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Tucson. I can't say enough great things about their space!
My family of four stayed in this sweet little bungalow. It was a tight squeeze (as warned), but we had a delightful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, tucked away from the main hustle and bustle. The house is walking distance to the university, where our event was held, and a variety of restaurants. Chelsea and Tim are charming and accommodating hosts. I'm so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel!
This was our first experience staying at a guesthouse and we have been spoiled! Clean, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Love the private courtyard and thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee in the sun.
Tim and Chelsey are great hosts. We hope to return to Tucson and would love to stay with them again.
Chelsea and Tim, a young couple and their baby daughter were perfect hosts. So friendly, interested, helpful and available. They were full of great suggestions especially about restaurants. Check in and arrival were easy.
The casita is separate from the house. It has its own entrance and a wonderful private outdoor area. Parking is easy, right outside your own private gate. Once inside, the casita looks brand new and is totally remodeled. The bed and mattress are perfect with soft linens. The decor is very tastefully done in soft greys. The bathroom is small but all new. There is a shower stall but no bath tub. There is a new Ikea kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, toast r oven and coffee maker. It was perfect for me, one person. Of course, the wonderful Tucson weather always helps. The home is very close to the U of Arizona. The casita is about 8 miles and an easy drive to the airport. I really liked the flavor of the neighborhood. Many smaller homes now being renovated. I felt safe.
I think the casita is best for one or two people. Any more, would be very tight. There is little square footage in the casita.
There is a large flat screen TV and free wireless internet. There is a modern unit for heating and air conditioning.
Because the casita is small, you should note that there is not a lot of sitting room. There is no easy chair. There is a small folding table and two folding chairs.
When I am back in Tucson again, I would not hesitate to stay with Chelsea and Tim.
