This charming home is the perfect spot for relaxing with loved ones or enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Conveniently located near I-26, Tri-Cities Airport, Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. There's an amazing large patio out back with a dining table, seating, fire pit, and BBQ grill. This is a perfect location for a longer term stay, contractors and travel nurses welcome!

Guests will have access to the house and patio and there are no shared spaces. The home is located inside a complex with a duplex condo building that is also a short term rental as well as an eight-unit apartment building that has long term renters. The house does have a specific parking area but you do drive by the other buildings to get to the house.

Other things to note
There are a couple of steps to access the house at the front porch and one step into the house at the back door.

There is an outdoor grill available for your use. It's powered by propane gas and we do check before each guest arrives that it has sufficient gas for your stay. If it runs out please let us know. Please make sure you leave the grill clean to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
