  • This was my first Airbnb experience and it worked out perfectly. Great host. Jessica was quick to respond to any questions I had about the surrounding area or apartment. The apartment was tiny, cute and clean just as advertised. The neighborhood is very convenient. You're away from the chaos of the French Quarter but close enough to walk or catch a streetcar or bus to any of the main attractions.

  • A great studio apartment, perfect if travelling alone or in a couple. Jessica was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

  • My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jessica's cozy studio. Unfortunately, Jessica was out of town and we didn't get a chance to meet, but everything was set and the she made sure we had access to the key. Great location minutes from the Saint Charles streetcar, flight of stairs wasn't bad at all, and full kitchen appliances (though with so much great food in NOLA we didn't really use them). Would definitely stay again on a trip back hopefully in the near future.

  • This was my first time using airbnb and the experience couldn't have gone better. Jessica was friendly, professional, and had a ton of great restaurant/attraction recommendations. Her studio was clean and comfortable.

  • We had a really great stay at Jessica's place. The location is perfect, only a block from the streetcar and a short walk from Downtown and the French Quarter. The place itself has a lot of natural light, as well as a nice sitting area and (crucially for New Orleans) a very good A/C unit. Jessica was very quick to respond to emails and texts, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

  • Jessica's humble abode was perfect for our 4 day stay in NOLA. We fell in love with her spot with it's breezy open windows on the 3rd floor on a very centrally located street. It was very easy to get to the French Quarter as well as to the very happening Lower Garden District and Uptown. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

  • Jessica's apartment was perfect for our needs! The space was clean and inviting. The location was within a hearty walk of every thing we wanted to see and do. We rented a car for our trip, but the apartment is so centrally located that it sat on the street unused for the duration.

Our trip to New Orleans was fantastic, and that was in no small part influenced by the charm of Jessica's apartment.

This is the place to stay if you need a base-camp from which to explore New Orleans.

  • Jessica's place was great.
We came into town for some parades, and 1 block away was the major route for the Uptown parades.
There's no TV or radio. We didn't let that ruin our time.
Shower has pressure and gets nice and hot. Bed was comfy, as were the loveseat and couch. Nice to curl into and read. Internet was pretty fast. Was comfortable. It had heat when we needed it, and a dehumidifier for the day it rained.
There was plenty of food/entertainment walking distance away. Although I never found a grocery.
The stairs to get there are steep, but by day 3 we weren't huffing and puffing as bad.
All in all, it was a great time, and Jessica made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

  • Jessica was a great host! She was incredibly accommodating, especially since we had to change our "check-in" time several times due to cancelled flights. Her place was very clean and cozy. It's in a fairly central location and we were able to walk everywhere.
