The condo is a LARGE 1000 Sq ft Suite, TWO PROPER BEDROOMS, 2 WELL APPOINTED BATHROOMS with LARGE BALCONY on a high level floor, overlooking the city.

The expansive open plan living / dining room area are overlooked by the stylish custom kitchen and breakfast bar with top of the line Stainless Appliances and beautiful granite counters.
The kitchen is full service (Pots, Plates, Cutlery, Microwave, Huge Samsung Fridge, Smooth top Stove, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, etc) and an insuite laundry with washer/dryer).
The distinctive decor is a great alternative to so many spare cold spaces furnished down to a budget. Quality furnishings, upholstery and one of a kind artworks and unique furniture finds make this a cosy and welcoming home from home.
There is one bedroom, the master with a queen size bed. The second / family guest room also has a Queen bed. A Single mattress available for when more than 4 sleep here. (this mattress is stored in the living room and is placed onto the floor at night).

The location is superb! Within walking distance of the great features of the Harbourside, Marina Quay West, Ferry to Centre Island, Music Garden, CNE grounds, Entertainment and Financial districts, shops, restaurants, parks, CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto City Airport....
Drivers have easy and immediate access to the Gardiner (email hidden) ramps (2 mins). Close to major highways DVP (to Uptown, the 401 and beyond) and QEW (to Niagara Falls, Airport, etc) .
There is a beautiful and relaxing large indoor pool and hot tub for the use of guests. For those who are more ambitious, the gym is large and well equipped. Walks on the Harbourfront are just a minute from the front door, with trails, rollerblading and biking (with the rent-by-the-hour, Bike Share Toronto is 2 minutes away).
Whatever you do, whether being active or chilling out for a few days, this is an ideal place to be!

A Guide to the Listing is provided to share essential information about your checkin.
Checkin timing is established as part of the communication once a booking is confirmed.
Please advise approx arrival time at the Suite so we can schedule this. Checkins after 9pm can be challenging and cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charge.
1) Absolutely no smoking within the Suites or on balconies as we guarantee a smoke free environment to all guests, some of whom may have allergies. Traces of smoking in the unit will require a deep cleaning, the cost of which will be paid by the guest out of their damages deposit.
2) Children under the age of 12 are not allowed without prior written consent.
3) Parties may be possible if we know the details in advance, and please indicate this in your initial contact. If this is not requested and agreed in advance, we will not be able to make the necessary arrangements.
4) We have received complaints from the management office about our guests often using the concierge as a hotel front desk service, which is not possible in any way.
Please keep in mind that this is only a short term rental and your name will not be registered as a tenant at the management office. As such, we cannot provide mail services, accept delivery of any packages, or arrange access for takeaway food delivery
To avoid any discrepancies and for security reasons, we cannot recommend our guests to utilize the concierge service except emergency issues.
5) If you require assistance, please kindly contact your 'Residence Host', whose contact details are provided during the checkin process.
6) Finally, we have received over 225+ guest reviews, and have establish a highly efficient checkin process. This requires the guest to have a cell phone working approx 1 hour prior to your arrival at the Suite. If this cannot be guaranteed, please advise during your first communication with us, as we will need to decline the booking.

My colleague and I stayed in this lovely, quiet condo for a conference at the convention center. The condo is comfy and inviting. We had everything we needed and more, including most things within easy walking distance (the convention center, St. Lawrence Market, restaurants). Thank you for a great stay!
Amazingly presented (even better than the pictures!), very central apartment - communication was excellent - I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay here. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Toronto, especially for access to the city center.
What a fantastic place, a real gem in Downtown! Luigi was a fantastic host and was always on hand to help when we needed, the location is great for Union station and gives you access to all of the city, it is also close to the freeway if you hire a car.
The apartment was very clean and decorated to a very high standard, the breakfast was also a very nice touch, it is a real home from home. I would not have any issue in recommending anyone to this wonderful apartment. All i can say is keep doing what you are doing Luigi. Another great host!
My stay at the "Share My Home" condo was perfect. The location - (corner of Yonge & Harbour) only a short cab ride or 10 minute walk to all my client meetings. The condo was exquisitely furnished, modern amenities, bright, roomy, elegant and very comfortable. Brian was very helpful through the booking phase and Luigi was tremendous with helping me get settled. This condo combined with the guys is a definite home run. Thanks Brian & Luigi for everything.
The apartment was great! It had absolutely everything we needed, was spotless, and in a great location. The only drawback was traffic noise in the smaller bedroom. Luigi was a wonderful host. I would definitely stay here again if I found myself in Toronto.

So pleased you like the location at the centre of things, and that is what so many guests appreciate as well. As you can imagine with being so convenient, there are great transport options, and of course, it includes cars, just as with all condos located downtown. You would have to be pretty far out of town or away from the centre of things to get away from cars. Again, sorry about this slight disappointment, which comes as a surprise as no one else has ever mentioned this in 3 years and with over 220+ positive reviews from satisfied guests, some of whom have returned to this Suite more than 10 times. The location was great - walking distance to Union Station, St Lawrence's Market, CN Tower.
The apartment was remarkable - tastefully furnished and clean. The bed linens were so comfy. The complimentary fruit and breakfast were wonderful!
Host Luigi was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We didn't get to meet Brian but he was very prompt and clear in communication prior our arrival.
Would certainly recommend this apartment to friends visiting Toronto!

Many listings on Airbnb encourage short term listings. As Condominium rules in Toronto generally restrict rentals for any period of less than 12 months, it is likely against the rules and owners are likely to be forced to stop this activity.
