  • My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at Joyce's. The scenery from the home is incredible! The hot tub provided the perfect start and end to every day. The home was very clean and well prepared for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  • This is the perfect place! The house is fantastic- there are great views, it's very close to Sugarbush and good restaurants and grocery stores, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the hot tub is perfect after a day skiing - and Joyce was very nice and helpful. We planned to stay for three nights but 20" of snow on our 4th day made driving back to Boston risky so Joyce offered us an extra night at a reduced rate. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  • Joyce was prompt and easy to work with when arranging booking. Joyce's home was the perfect getaway for a weekend at Sugarbush with the family. The house was adorable, well equip and had great views of the mountain. Being only a five minute drive from the mountain was great, and the large hot tub in back was perfect after a full day of skiing. The house had classic character and tons of space for guests. We even got to bring our dog! Everyone agreed, this surely will become an annual weekend getaway! Thanks Joyce!

  • Joyce was very communicative and responsive, and made the transaction simple and pleasant. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and great nearby amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped and we enjoyed the warmth of the wood stove.

  • Lovely cozy house to use for a ski vacation with family - especially if you don't want to leave the dog at home. Less than 10 minutes from Lincoln peak at Sugarbush. Hot tub was great at end of day too. Will absolutely stay there again when we stay in the valley.

  • The house was very cozy and very private which is nice. Loved the fully stocked kitchen , the Woodstove and the beautiful views of Sugarbush. There were six of us and we fit very comfortably. Would definitely come back here again.

  • Joyce was very accommodating with our questions and very fast to reply! Her home was very cozy and she even prepared a fire in her amazing cast iron stove. It was a beautiful property with even more beautiful views. We would love to stay again and hopefully have better luck with the weather next time.

  • Joyce is wonderful to work with. Her house is as advertised and she is warm and welcoming in her communications and respectful of your privacy. The hot tub is great, the house is close to the slopes. I would definitely stay at her place again.

  • The views and amenities at Joyce's house were amazing! The house is also a little cozier than I expected given the number of beds. The main bedrooms are nicely sized and super comfortable. I only wish we had more time to spend in this comfy little cottage with a beautiful view of Sugarbush.

  • We had a great stay at Joyce's place. Incredible view of the mountains, lots of space, great kitchen, tonnes of firewood to burn by a cozy stove, and of course the hot tub was wonderful when the temperature dropped below freezing. Great location near lots of amazing hikes.
