About this listing
A charming Parisian home with a library, historic ballroom, and fireplaces within a 5 minute walk to the Musee D'Orsay, Louvre, Musee Rodin, Le Bon Marche, and St. Germain's chic boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. The home has been used for numerous receptions, photo shoots, and films. Free wifi is included. Guests can also inquire about catered dinners, receptions, private cooking classes in the home's gourmet kitchen, and gastronomic tours by author and historian Carolin Young.
The house is conveniently located between three metro stations (Rue du Bac, Sevres Babylon, and Varenne) and is within a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood is full of beautiful historic homes, cafes, and bakeries. Le Bon Marche is a block away and food lovers will enjoy the abundant selection there. There are also two outdoor markets in the neighborhood where Julia Child shopped and where you can find a selection of fresh produce, seafood, and meat along with a view of the Eiffel Tower.
The price listed is for one bedroom. If you have more than 2 people, there are two additional bedrooms available at an additional cost. The house sleeps 6 people but can potentially sleep up to 8 people. The house has 3 floors so there is plenty of privacy and space for large groups.
If you would like to rent the entire house, including the ballroom, please let me know and I can give you a separate price.

Having guests in my home is a unique chance to discover both Paris as its culinary history. The home is centrally located and gives a glimpse at how Parisians really live.
I also have apartments available in Russia. One is located in St. Petersburg, right across from the Hermitage with views onto the Moika Canal in the center of St. Petersburg, Russia. The other place is located in the heart of Moscow at Chisty Prudy. It's a beautiful area for walking and within easy distance to Red Square, cafes, and historical sites. In any of the places you stay, you will enjoy Southern hospitality (I am originally from Virginia) along with a taste of local culture.
I have travelled throughout the world and have always sought out an authentic experience wherever I travel. I hope you will find that staying in either Paris, Moscow, or St. Petersburg will meant your expectations as well and enjoy these fascinating cities.
