We are offering a beautiful, sunny apartment in the heart of Historic Park Slope in Brooklyn. It's a renovated one-bedroom apartment in a brownstone on President Street between 8th Avenue & Prospect Park. The apartment is very spacious and has a great homey feel: wooden floors, high ceilings
We are located only half-a-block from the lovely, green Prospect Park and numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, & banks in Park Slope. (Mexican, Vegetarian, Japanese, Chinese, Peruvian, Colombian, French, Portuguese, American, British, Italian etc...) bars and concert venues (Gates, Union Hall, Littlefield, Bell House, Beauty Bar, Bar Reis etc..) and quaint boutiques.
Being 15 minutes away from SOHO and Union Square, it's the perfect compromise for people who are looking for:
- a comfortable and spacious place to stay
- a place close to Manhattan and far enough from all the City noise
- a place with easy access to Long Island and its beaches
We are a 5 minute walk to the 2-3 subway (email hidden) Plaza as well as the B & Q trains on 7th Avenue.
The apartment has a fully operational kitchen with oak cabinets, dishwasher, and small dining area.
An original woodwork and fireplace mantel with a record player.
A large bedroom with a queen size bed and desk area with plenty of light and quiet.
We have two vintage bicycles you can enjoy to explore the neighborhood.
It's important that you respect our apartment and the building. We live in a very friendly neighborhood will nice neighbors.
I stayed here 3 nights.
The apartment was accessible by metro, easy to find and very cozy. Nogah was super responsive over email and phone. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Brooklyn!
Nogah provided all the communication needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. The apartment atmosphere was welcoming with a sit down and relax feel to it. Proximity to Prospect Park is a definite plus!
The place was great and exactly as the ad described it. Great location too. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Nogah!
Loved our stay at Nogah's apartment. Beautiful neighborhood within short walking distance to subway, good restaurants, grocery, park, and nightlife. Nogah was very helpful and checked in before and after we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a fantastic first-time trip to NYC and Nogah's clean and convenient apartment played a big part in it.
Thank you Nogah!
Such an incredible neighbourhood! Great location if you want to explore Brooklyn, and you're close to subway lines so heading into Manhattan is no problem. Nogah's home is cute, comfortable, private, and has everything you need - comfy bed, clean bathroom, and kitchen. Beautiful building in a safe neighbourhood. Loved that her place was close to Prospect Park, Barclay's Centre and a whole bunch of restaurants/pubs/cafes. Nogah was super responsive, helpful and I would recommend her place in a heart beat!
I came to New York for a few days and Nogah's apartment was well-located for my stay. Nogah and Andrew were very accommodating when my flight arrived extremely early in the morning, and the apartment was clean and organized by the time I began my official stay.
Overall staying at Nogah's was a great experience as the location was great in terms of getting to various parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Highly recommended. Thanks Nogah!
This is the second time I've stayed with Nogah when I've been in New York. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else (and will probably harass her again when I come back). I got to meet her this time around, and she's just as sweet as I would've expected.
The place is clean, well stocked, in a great neighborhood, and the hosts are wonderful. You definitely can't go wrong.

Hi! I am a 30 yr old Jewelry designer originally from Montreal Canada.I live with my boyfriend Andrew who is finishing up his PHD in Psychology. We love biking through and out of the city, cooking, yoga, skateboarding, live-music and exploring new areas.
We feel so lucky to have a sweet little apt in one of the best locations in the world! It is so nice to wake up, look out my sunny window, walk through Prospect park and cute shops along 7th and 5th ave. I have a small work station in my room where i design jewelry and am always inspired by the energy in this amazing city!
