We are offering a beautiful, sunny apartment in the heart of Historic Park Slope in Brooklyn. It's a renovated one-bedroom apartment in a brownstone on President Street between 8th Avenue & Prospect Park. The apartment is very spacious and has a great homey feel: wooden floors, high ceilings
We are located only half-a-block from the lovely, green Prospect Park and numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, & banks in Park Slope. (Mexican, Vegetarian, Japanese, Chinese, Peruvian, Colombian, French, Portuguese, American, British, Italian etc...) bars and concert venues (Gates, Union Hall, Littlefield, Bell House, Beauty Bar, Bar Reis etc..) and quaint boutiques.
Being 15 minutes away from SOHO and Union Square, it's the perfect compromise for people who are looking for:
- a comfortable and spacious place to stay
- a place close to Manhattan and far enough from all the City noise
- a place with easy access to Long Island and its beaches
We are a 5 minute walk to the 2-3 subway lines at Grand Army Plaza as well as the B & Q trains on 7th Avenue.
The apartment has a fully operational kitchen with oak cabinets, dishwasher, and small dining area.
An original woodwork and fireplace mantel with a record player.
A large bedroom with a queen size bed and desk area with plenty of light and quiet.
We have two vintage bicycles you can enjoy to explore the neighborhood.
We went to New York by car, so first of all I would say that it is really easy to find a parking place near Nogah's place. Than appartment, its not big, but its nice and cosy and we found there everything we needed for a short stay. The connection to the city is also amazing you get on subway very easily and then you can go wherever you want. Also Nogah is a fantastic host and comunication with her is very easy.
Nogah & Andrew’s super-cosy apartment is located right by the awesome park and is easy to get to by the metro.
Nogah’s a great host, super-helpful, and was very accommodating with my arrival time. I totally recommend staying at their place.
Where do i begin?!
location - Nogah's apartment is perfectly situated between a few different subway lines, near a beautiful park, near a happening bar/restaurant scene and, in general, just what anyone would want to enjoy a busy and relaxing stay in the city.
apartment- so comfortable, homey, easy to access- while we didn't sit around and drink their drinks and eat their food, it felt like we were staying at home instead of staying in a sterile, bland unit. Definitely appreciated that!
coordination - Nogah was very helpful and timely in letting me know what to expect from the place and it's nearby offerings. You can tell she enjoys hosting and knows how to do it well. I appreciated her flexibility in our arrival/departure times.
This might have been our favorite AirBnB experience in NYC, yet.
Nogah's space is absolutely stunning, inside and out. We had such a great time exploring the wonderful neighborhood, and it's close to public transit so we were able to easily explore other places as well. My only qualm is that, if I ever am able to move to Brooklyn, I'll never find a place as nice as this!
Great place, good location, and good communication with the host. I'd stay here again for sure.
Nogah's place is amazing! She is a fantastic host and her apartment is beautiful. The location is convenient to transit and the neighborhood is full of wonderful restaurants, bars and shops to explore. I would highly recommend this listing!
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at the last minute. Nogah was great getting us all the information we needed about our stay; we were just sad that we didn't get to stay there after all. Next time, we are going to attempt to stay here again!
Nogah was a wonderful host. The apartment was neat and comfortable and was a great location from which to explore Brooklyn and Manhattan. Nogah was very easy to work with. Highly recommended!
The apartment was absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location! Communication was consistent and access to keys and additional information was easy. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
Absolutely wonderful place! Cozy, clean, quiet. Steps from the park, close to transportation and everything else that Park Slope has to offer. Essentially, incredibly ideal. Nogah is a great host and was very communicative and helpful. Perfect!
