We are very interested in providing a safe and secure, convenient and comfortable residence for our guests. We provide free parking, free WIFI and a NetFlix account for you to use. High Def local TV stations are also available. We will do whatever we can to assist you to have a pleasant stay on Canada's west coast. Noise restriction strongly enforced by the condo association from 10PM to 7AM.

The space

This modern, two bedroom condo is located minutes by public transit from downtown Vancouver. There is a commanding view of the city from the 22nd floor with a huge south facing covered balcony to sit and enjoy our temperate climate. All amenities are included with a full kitchen, free WiFi, a NetFlix account and free indoor parking for one vehicle. There are many shops, restaurants, and services within a five minute walk. The Sky Train (our elevated transit system) is only two blocks away. The Brentwood Shopping Center is one block away along with two large food stores (Whole Foods). There are three ski mountains within a half hour drive and Whistler resort is less than two hours away. Winter or summer these venues provide many attractions for visitors.

There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed and pull out mattress in the second bedroom. The living area and both bedrooms have access to the balcony and each has floor to ceiling windows with a view. The living room has a queen hide-a-bed.

All guests have access to pay per use washers and dryers in the building. All odd numbered floors have a room set aside for laundry services.

Guest access

FOB access and Video secured underground parking for one vehicle is included. All entrances to parking and the apartment complex are secured at all times with FOB keys.

Interaction with guests

We are accessible at all times and we have alternates who can assist with any requests you may have.

Our condo rules prevent smoking anywhere on the premises. If this rule is broken the condo association will fine us $250 so we must insist on a Non-Smoking condition of rental. Noise restriction strongly enforced by the condo association from 10PM to 7AM

Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.

This condo is cosy and homely; well equipped and handy to public transport, shops, and restaurants/bars. The neighbours are friendly and the communication with the hots was seamless and easy. We would definitely say here again

Great location but the unit badly needs an update. The carpets are old and dingy, the unit badly needs new furniture, the closets lack doors, there was old equipment piled onto one of the bedroom closets. The pictures on AirBnB show a totally different place than what greets you when you enter the unit. There was only one bathroom which did not lock so you had to make an announcement before you used the bathroom. The balcony has a planter which had no plants in it and lot of the mud was all over the balcony. One of the bedrooms had an access to the balcony but there was note on it to not open it.

Communication both verbal and written proved to be a challenge with this guest. Items in said closet are for guest use: clothes hamper, clothes drying rack, spare dining table leaf, ironing board, printer for guest use. Only change from pictures n Airbnb are the removal of the dining room and living room carpets. There are three sliding doors leading to the balcony. One needed the wheels ordered and replaced. It was not safe to try and open that door. Repair was made within 4 days. Bathroom lock was replaced within a week of it being recorded as not working.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR UNATTENDED VEHICLE IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. Jim was gracious enough to accommodate a last minute request when we decided to come a day earlier to Vancouver. Responded as we were leaving Seattle and was ready shortly after we arrived. There is a bit of work at checkin as they have to remotely buzz you in and then you go upstairs to use a code to get in and then get a fob to open a gate to get to the parking garage. Guest parking in the garage was full, so we parked in front of the building, unloaded our stuff and went up. We were looking for the parking pass (which I misunderstood or never found) and trying to figure out what the other plastic cards were (a prox card to get in the building, a pay card for the laundry and apparently a metro pass). I go back down 25 minutes after arriving and the car is gone. There is a sign saying not to park or be towed, but a truck was in front of it so I didn't see it (and I probably wouldn't have thought anything of it anyway). Called the tow company and the vehicle was already there, meaning they towed me within 5-10 minutes of me getting there. So, had to find a cab to come pick us up, $25 cab ride, $125 tow fee and wasting over 90 minutes. This put a big damper on our vacation. The apartment itself was OK. While the building hallways air conditioned, the apartment is not. There are a couple of small fans, and opening the patio doors kept it cool enough. The beds are low platforms which are challenging for old knees. The couches are a bit worn, but everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked for stovetop cooking, nice to keep things like condiments, etc. instead of everything being emptied out. Parking was tight, but it is right next to the door which was convenient. Fast internet, the Roku was a nice addition to TV and great patio. Communication was great. Instructions were a bit difficult as there was a lot to take in, but with the caveats above (low beds, no AC and avoiding towing) this is a great place.

Was a good place to stay! Less than 10 minutes walk to the Skytrain station and Brentwood Town Centre. Check in process was really easy and they were very helpful whenever we had any questions. Furniture is a bit outdated in bedrooms but beds and sheets were alright, mattresses hard but that didn't bother me just other people in my party. Grocery store is basically across the street, one block over, that was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay.
