The space
The Bliss House is located in one of the most impressive and exclusive pristine communities of Lake Naomi in the Pocono Mountains. This recently built and unique one of a kind ultra luxury home is designed for families and friends traveling together for an unforgettable stay. You will rarely find a home like this that has it all to entertain all.
A perfect retreat for a getaway or when exploring the Poconos. There is a home theater with full surround sound. There is a fully equipped game room including full size pool table, full size air hockey, poker table set, and full-size table foosball. There are plenty of board games including all of your family favorites in the game room as well. There is a hot tub with privacy trees all around for your convenience and enjoyment. There is a nice sized deck with privacy screen in the rear of the home for your convenience and enjoyment.
Four beautiful and spacious bedrooms all on the first floor for your convenience. This includes a master bedroom with walk in closet and full bathroom attached. There are also 3 other adjacent bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with all furnishings designed to give you a modern and cozy feeling.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all supplies needed for you to feed your group. We have state-of-the-art appliances available including a built-in wine cellar refrigerator.

★ LAKE NAOMI CLUB / LAKE ACCESS
Lake Naomi Club Membership is optional but needed if you want to use the facilities that Lake Naomi offers. These are not guaranteed and must be discussed before booking. All temporary memberships are only available for stays of 7 days or longer and are subject to changes and restrictions of the club. Please do not presume you will automatically obtain temporary membership with your booking and please inquire with us BEFOREHAND for any temporary membership issuances if your stay is 7 days or longer. If temporary membership is approved, the extra fee, paid directly to the Lake Naomi Club via their online form, will provide access to all amenities of the club, including lake access, tennis, golf course, 3 pools, fitness center w/ hot tubs, sailing, kayaking, sauna and steam room, and clubhouse. Even if you are not interested in temporary LNC membership, many of our guests book our place for an overall vacation/getaway experience and will have access to entire home. We are also nearby many Pocono area attractions (see below)

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property & home excluding the garage, two utility closets, and one owner's closet. Everything else is available for your use and convenience.

Minimal rental age is 25 years old. ID can and will be verified as needed upon confirmation.
★ NO PARKING ON STREET ★
Please do not park on street, the driveway can handle up to 6 vehicles.
★ NO GARAGE USE ★
No guests to use the garage area or garage doors, please only use the driveway for parking.
★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE ★
We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. If evidence of smoking is found inside, a fee will be charged for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/LOUD NOISE ★
No loud music or outside noise during quiet hours. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ NO TESLA OR EV CHARGING ★
Kindly do not use any outlets inside or outside the home for any EV charging, there are charging stations not too far from the house if you need to charge your EV.
★ NO FIREWORKS ★
We all love a celebration and the 4th of July but please do not use any fireworks at any time.
★ NO PETS/ANIMALS ALLOWED AT ALL ★
We cannot accommodate any furry friends for this house please.
★ PLEASE DO NOT EAT IN THE BEDROOMS ★
Please utilize the plenty of dining space to enjoy your meals

There are outdoor security cameras overlooking the driveway, front of the home, back of the home, and sides of the home for your protection that are checked in the event of any issues or emergency.
