GREAT location and the apartment is spacious & cozy. We have three units available all in the same area so if you don't see the dates you want, feel free to contact us. Or you can reserve 2 or all units if you have larger parties! We are no more than a 10 min ride from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and convenience stores, la placita, casinos, etc... Old San Juan is a 10 minute cab ride and a great place to venture to!

The space
Our studio apartment is great for groups up to 4 people. We have 1 queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed. We have beach chairs and easy access to get you to the beach in a quick 5 minute walk.

You are in a great location and a safe neighborhood, we love it. Nothing is more than a few minute walk. You can walk to the beach (3 blocks), Santurce la Placita (1 block), Condado restaurants & bars, grocery stores (4 blocks), boutique shops, etc.
