Casita is the perfect place for a couple who wants to experience romantic days. Its decoration and details are thought out with great affection. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare dishes from simple to sophisticated. The outdoor area, amidst the vegetation of the cerrado, invites you to spend hours chatting with a coffee or a good wine. The house is so charming that it will be difficult to leave to visit the waterfalls.

The space
The house was built and equipped with great affection and is used as a residence by the owners during part of the year.

Composed of a ground floor (36m²), mezzanine (13m²) and a large balcony (20m²), it is situated on a private plot of 730m², surrounded by native vegetation. The location is privileged: close to the center, but in a quiet residential area, surrounded by greenery.

On the mezzanine, a very comfortable king-size bed, dresser, bookcase and hangers ensure practicality and convenience. On the ground floor, the living room has a cozy sofa, TV and air conditioning strategically positioned to air-condition the entire house — including the living room, kitchen and mezzanine.

The kitchen is complete and functional, with a counter facing the garden, ideal for those who like to cook with a view. The bathroom is charming and has a powerful, gas-heated shower.

For those who come to work from home, the house offers a comfortable workstation with a chair, desk and monitor, facilitating the work routine even in the midst of nature.

On the balcony, the dining table, two sun loungers and a hammock invite you to rest at any time of the day. At night, the special lighting creates a cozy atmosphere. The outdoor area also offers a fire pit ready for your barbecue, under the sky of Chapada.

The SHOWER has GAS heating, which offers great temperature and flow.

We have two gas cylinders and try our best to prevent one of them from running out in the middle of your stay. However, if this happens, just do the following:

1) Go to the laundry room, in the back, where the cylinders are;
2) Look at the gauges to see which of the two is empty;
3) Completely close the empty cylinder valve by turning it clockwise;
4) Open the valve of the full cylinder and resume your activities normally.
