Large balcony in the back & an additional private balcony off the master bedroom den in the front of the building.

The space
3 queen beds. 2 twin beds. 1 trifold queen mattress. Large sofa for sleeping accommodations. (Sofa does NOT have a pull out mattress.)

Just short of 2000sqft of living space.

Guest access
The entire second floor. Including all bedrooms, appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and both balconies.

Other things to note
If your stay is during a time when their is an event or game at Wrigley Field, you must remove your car from the parking lot or pay the parking fee for the event. (Typically the parking fee is between $40-$100 per car/space, per game/event.)

Paper towels are NOT provided. If you bring your own, please do NOT flush them down the toilet.

If you have more than 10 guests in your group, each additional guest will incur a $50 per head/per night fee to your reservation total.

ALL PARTIES OR GROUPS WITH AN EXCESS OF 10 PEOPLE NEED TO BE APPROVED PRIOR TO CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION! (This includes temporary visitors.)

If you would like to utilize the top floor balcony, you will need to reserve your time. An additional fee will apply.
