Fantastic location across from the Aquarium and the Niagara Gorge. A quick walk, half a mile, to the Falls themselves. We have FREE Wi-FI and are conveniently located near a supermarket and public transportation.
The house has three bedrooms and one shared bathroom on the second floor. The large living and dining area and kitchen are on the first floor. It is fully furnished for you to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked will all the items you need to make your own meals if you wish. If you are not into cooking, there are restaurants 1 block away on Third Street and more nearer the Falls.
There is free parking available nearby.

Carroll and Andre were lovely hosts. They got in touch to set up a meeting time efficiently and without being overbearing, sat us down with maps and recommendations the moment we arrived, and were friendly and kind throughout our stay. Their welcome started off our trip on a great note.
The location is very convenient, with the American falls and a culinary school nearby. Traveler's tip: there are more stores and development on the Canadian side, so make sure to get over there. Remember that the house has a shared bathroom with other guests, as the listing notes. Also, the house and neighborhood are on the older side. Overall, we were glad we stayed here, rather than a hotel, and we really liked Carroll and Andre.
Carroll and Andre were incredibly accommodating.
We took an overnight bus and had arranged to drop our bags off in the morning prior to check in. We were very early and check in wasn't until the afternoon, but to our surprise our room was ready right away when we arrived.
Nanci checked us in and it in was quick and easy, she was really friendly, helpful and right away offered us loads of useful advice and maps of the area.
The house is beautiful and had everything you could need, all rooms were very clean.
Carroll and Andre were even understanding when we were a little late to check out and again allowed us to leave our bags in the house a while.
As for the location it couldn't be better, really close to the falls state park and all many local shops and places to eat.
I couldn't recommend staying at Carroll and Andres guest house more, if you're looking for somewhere to stay near the falls then look no further!
Carroll was quick to respond to our last minute request even it was late at night. We book 2 rooms and as was no other guests, we have the whole house for 1 night! The place is clean except that we find the room a bit small. Overall, it is a good experience.
Don't think any more and book this place! Very nice! We spent there two nights and want to come back again.
Location is even better than we thought.
Quaint and comfortable house. Walking distance to The Falls via Carroll's excellent directions and short-cuts. Saves you all those parking fees. Overall, this is a good value for an expensive tourist site.We highly recommend the Reetz' places.
We've been in this house for two days and it was ok. It was near the attractions and Carroll gave us practical information to visit the atractions on the best way. It was a pitty that the window in the bedroom could'nt be opened. We missed fresh air and the towels.
Room was comfortable. There is a shared bathroom and parking. House is in a quiet street a short walk to the Falls. We were also walking distance from a delicious Indian restaurant on 3rd St. called Zaika. When we forgot something behind Carroll met us right away to let us back into the house. Thanks again Carroll!
Carroll was very friendly and helpful. This was not their home but a business so we were charged taxes upon arrival. We picked up the keys at a different hostel they owned which was 2 blocks away. The guest house is on Pine which was literally right across from the Aquarium. The entire City of Niagara Falls has fallen in disarray so it was a bit scary walking around with abandoned buildings and overgrown lots. Carroll has restored this old duplex house with new carpet, fresh paint & new couches. The bed was comfy, shared bathroom was small. There was no AC so it was unbearably hot one of the nights where we ended up sleeping downstairs on the couch. The bedrooms were upstairs and heat rises. There was a box fan but that didn't do much to cool things, it just moved more hot air around. There are radiators mounted on the walls so I'm sure there's heating in the Fall & Winter.
Thanks so much for letting us know that it was too hot. We ran out today and bought window air conditioning units for all the bedrooms. It's an old house with no central air vents - hence the radiators that keep things toasty in the winter. Regarding taxes, most cities require EVERYONE that rents out rooms for less than a month to collect sales/occupancy taxes. However, many hosts choose to ignore this as well as health and safety regulations. We choose to do the right thing and follow the laws.
Carroll & Andre had a lovely place! It was very clean & close to the Falls, so it was perfect for our stay. Nanci was very helpful when we checked into the house. We would definitely recommend staying with Carroll & Andre!
my boyfriend and i were at the great gorge house and was exactly like a pics also very clean, carrol indications to arrive was very easy and clearly and the house location couldnt be better, just 5 minutes walking to the park. i definately would stay again with them
