Fantastic location across from the Aquarium and the Niagara Gorge. A quick walk, half a mile, to the Falls themselves. We have FREE Wi-FI and are conveniently located near a supermarket and public transportation.
The house has three bedrooms and one shared bathroom on the second floor. The large living room and kitchen are on the first floor. It is fully furnished for you to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to make your own meals if you wish. If you are not into cooking, there are restaurants 1 block away on Third Street and more nearer the Falls.
There is free parking available nearby.

We arrived earlier than their usual check-in time but they gave us the keys right away. Carroll seemed really nice and she took the time to explain to us everything we could do on the American and the Canadian side at this time of the year.
The place is really 10 minutes walk from the American Falls and Canadian border so we never had to use the car.
The place was really home-like, very nice and clean.
The only issue was the cleanliness/tidiness or the absence of it (especially after using the bathroom) from the other guest(s) but you can never know how people are going to be like. As we only stayed one night we didn't bother.
I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!
We needed a room for a couple of nights near the falls and this turned out to be a perfect stay! It is as cheap as you can get with the location. It is just a 10-15 min walk to the American side falls and also to the rainbow bridge thaf has a pedestrian walkway to Canada. Carroll and Andre were excellent hosts that provided a worry-free lodging experience. There are parking spots available for those to who drive. There is only one bathroom between three rooms so make sure you are fine with that. We were the only ones in the house during our stay so there was no inconvenience, but I don't imagine it to be a big deal. There is a fully functional kitchen as well for those who might want to cook.
We stayed for a brief time, our first time to the falls, and had a wonderful time. You can walk to almost everywhere of interest from here, including Canada if you really want ;). Parking is convenient and the room is very nice. House amenities are excellent; next time we come up we'll most definitely be stopping by again.
Carroll and Andre are really nice. The location of the house is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to everything.
The house was clean and tidy and the bedroom is spacious. Check in was smooth, though at a different location. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the neighborhood isn't that safe. Can't blame the host really, as the whole town to our surprise is quite a sketchy place, especially at night. After we left the park after Sunday night firework show, the streets were literally deserted. The only person we saw on the way back was a homeless African American asking us for money. Quite scary. I'd recommend driving to the falls instead of walking.
The house was cozy and clean. It was very to check in/out. The location of it is very good. Would recommend this hostel to my friends!
Great location, easy check-in/check-out, nice house, and interesting random international roommates.
My brother and i went to Carrol and Andre place for the week-end. It was calm and clean. But the most important thing is that everything is walkable! So we are really our stay in Niagara thanks the good position of this house.
In addition Carrol and Andre were helpful and give good advices!
We were greeted by Andre whom picked us up at the Amtrak, which was a great thing since we didn't know the neighborhood. the room was as depicted on the photos and everything was smooth checking in and getting to our agenda. location is great we were a short walk to the Falls and Canada, I would definitely recommend this venue.
Me and my husband had a great time at Niagara Falls at the end of June 2013. A good part of it was staying at Great Gorge, we could walk to the falls park and other attractions.
The house is comfortable, clean and well equipped (we could cook our breakfast and some meals there, and a very effective fan was provided since those were unusually hot days).
Carroll an André were helpfull and gave us good advise on how to make the most of our stay.
Recommend the place for both short or longer stays.
