Just a few minutes from the world famous and enchanting Bellagio, nestled in a lush park with breathtaking views of the Alps and the iconic Lake Como, stands a unique property whose charisma is the complex result of the innate passion and taste of its owners: Villa Cristina.

Villa Cristina is perched on the mountainside overlooking Bellagio. The climate here is cool and breezy, a perfect solution for those who want to escape the humid and sweltering heat of the lake during the summer while still having the option to reach it within minutes. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to reach Bellagio, one of the most coveted destinations on the lake and a strategic location that connects places like, Tremezzo, Menaggio or Varenna within a few minutes by ferry.

Inside the 12,000 square meter park, you will be completely enveloped and isolated by the surrounding nature, offering you grandeur, vastness, and total privacy.

You can dine or enjoy an aperitif on the spacious terrace of over 120 square meters, which offers superb views of the Alps, stunning sunsets, and romantic glimpses of the lake, including the enchanting Varenna.

The infinity pool, measuring 84 square meters and heated, is located in the sunniest area of the park. Its shape and materials create an amazing connection with the surrounding nature, providing a truly unique and immersive experience.

Just a few steps from the pool, you will find a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. It directly overlooks the patio and the front garden, allowing you to exercise in close connection with nature.

In another picturesque area of the park, surrounded by a grove of majestic tall pine trees, you will find a bocce court where you can enjoy one of the oldest and most relaxing games in the world.
