Welcome to FANTASTIC44. Feel as if in a tropical oasis while enjoying a sundowner on the peaceful verdant terrace, yet still in the midst of the city. The interior is beautifully furnished with a mix of local and western influences and comforts, and features parquet floors. Live like a local among a lovely neighborhood in the local residential area of Central Bangkok.
The space
Fantastic 44 is a 2-storey house with open spaces. The house consists of 3 bedrooms: Blue, White and Red on the upper floor. “White” is the master bedroom with King Size Bed. “Red” is located in front of the house, next to "White", with King Size Bed. “Blue” is located at the back of the house with Queen Size Bed. All of them have air-conditioners. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers, and umbrellas are well prepared for your convenience inside the closet in each room. You can also find a safe to keep your valuable items inside "Red" and "Blue" bedroom.
There is a spacious common area downstairs: Living Area with Smart-TV (Local TV, Netflix, and YouTube) / Dining Area / Kitchen with Electric Appliances, Kitchenware, Cutlery, and everything you may need for simple cooking. In front of the house, there is a terrace with outdoor seating in the open space beneath big mango trees.
There are 2 bathrooms, downstairs and upstairs. Both of them have showers with water heaters, washbasins, and toilets.
Guest access
I and my family live in a house next to you. Both houses share the same land. The gates and entrances of my house and yours are separated. The keys for the gate and the entrance are in the lockbox. The passcode will be sent to you before your arrival. There will be little fences on both sides of the house. Behind them is the private area, please do not enter.

For the guests who make the booking after April 28, 2024, the complimentary breakfast will no longer be provided, since we do not have enough time for preparing as before. Thanks, for your understanding.
Everything that you may need is well prepared for your comfort during your stay except a toothbrush and Toothpaste.
We have 4 bottles of water for you for free (for the first day only). Instant Coffee and Tea are free for you as well.
Beers, Soft Drinks, and Nespresso Coffee Capsules are for sale. The prices are on the items. If you'd like to purchase, you can pay in the box on the fridge.
Some of the artwork you see around the house is my own work. If there’s anything you like and would be interested in purchasing, just let me know. 😊

There are many good local restaurants, street food stalls, and massage shops around the area.
