Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $175 pet rent fee. Our insurance provider does not accept certain breeds.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs are left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. No pets are allowed on the furniture or in the pool.

• For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front door, facing the gate, and in the pool equipment area). No inside cameras.
• Noise monitors outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibel levels.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.

Just so you know, we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a check-in form before they arrive.
