Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including a detached karaoke garage and a resort-style backyard featuring a hot tub and fire pit. Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, and coffee are also provided for your convenience.

We love welcoming groups and celebrations to Champagne House! To keep our permit in good standing and ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, we do have a few important city-mandated guidelines to share:
✨ Quiet Hours (10pm–8am)
To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced by the city. This means no outdoor music or hot tub use after 10pm. Thank you for helping us keep things peaceful.
✨ Not a Party House
You're welcome to enjoy the home, but this isn’t a late-night party spot. Please avoid bringing the party back after bars close, it helps us maintain our license and keeps Champagne House available for future guests.
✨ Safety & Compliance
For safety and to help ensure quiet hours and occupancy rules are followed, we have exterior security cameras at entry points. There are no cameras inside the home.
✨ Occupancy Limits
The maximum occupancy is 14 guests total, day and night, as required by the city. Exceeding this number may result in fines issued by the city (up to $100 per additional person).
✨ No Large Events
City regulations do not allow large gatherings or events at short-term rentals. Thank you for planning accordingly.
✨ Smoking/Vaping
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home or in the karaoke room. A $500 cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated.
✨ City Enforcement
Should noise complaints or citations be issued by Mountain View PD, guests are responsible for any fines assessed by the city.
