The space
We have a 750sq foot Carriage House that is cute as can be! It has one bedroom with a queen bed, big full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, an up stairs that has a tv/sitting room with a couch that can be made into a bed. Cable, WiFi, use of the hot tub on the propert, and a private parking space. We are in the heart of Downtown Montrose just across the street from our local coffee Shop and just a few doors down from the local home/Brew Pub.

I feel like I am a very LUCKY girl... an amazing husband, a beatiful son and daughter, a wonderful business, and an amazing familly! I have moved back to Colorado... I had been living on Martha's Vineyard Island in Massachusetts for 8 years. It was a GREAT place to spend my 20's! BUT... I decided it was time to come back to my roots and open MY OWN Bed & Breakfast. When I moved home I was so busy getting the B&B open that I had time for nothing but work..... AND THEN A WONDERFUL MAN CAME INTO MY LIFE!
