Seaside is considered to be the sunniest place on the Bay.

We are also minutes from the Laguna Seca Race Track, the Monterey Fairgrounds (Jazz festival, Blues Festival!) and of course, if golf is your pleasure, Monterey Bay is the place to come!

  • This was our third stay with Annemarie, Jesse, and Jocelyne. They continued to be wonderful hosts, and our stay was delightful. We will be happy to stay here the next time we return to Monterey.

  • Annemarie and Jesse have hosting down. The place was easy to find and before you enter the house the yard and gardens sets the right mood. We rolled in later than expected and Jesse quickly helped us find the right restaurant and gave us other great tips for getting around. The house is full of great touches and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning we met Annemarie, enjoyed a fresh continental breakfast, and they gave us a bit of flexibility on check out. Good people. The kind of hosts that make Airbnb great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Check out Acme coffee!

  • This was a stunning bed and breakast. Jocelyne is a very gracious host and has a very keen eye for detail. The breakfast was light and healthy. The location was great for exploring Monterey, Carmel, and even Big Sur. I would definitely highly recommend this option. We were sad to leave!

  • Beautiful room and a generous breakfast.

  • I was greeted warmly by Annemarie the moment we walked in... and was provided a nice tour around their lovely home.

Lots of lovely paintings in the dining room, lots of interesting artwork in the front and side yards. As for the bedroom, it's spacious! And the bed seems new and really comfortable. As the "grandmother" house on the block, as Jocelyne once described it, the yard+house is surprisingly massive... and managed well.

Breakfast was far from continental. Almond milk, almond butter, english muffins, cereals, yogurts, and lovely chats with both Jocelyne and Annemarie.

They were also both very, very kind in sending an e-mail to let me know that my gf had left behind a sentimental set of earrings; AND went out of their ways to mail it to us. I hope to return the gesture, if only by paying them back, as they could just have easily let it pass without any notice from us. So, thank you for this!
