We loved Paula's place. It was warm, welcoming and spotless. It had everything we needed including a hairdryer, coffee and tea. Everything I need. Paula's place is located about a 15-20 minute bus ride into the city, however, that was not an issue as Paula told us everything we needed to know to catch the bus successfully! I'd highly recommend staying with Paula!

Paula, our wonderful host, was friend, concierge, host, and guidance counselor rolled into one. We highly recommend you stay here if you plan a visit to Cork. We found the apartment quiet and peaceful and slept like logs. We told Paula we were vegetarians and vegans and she went out of her way to stock up on some healthy foods and fed us brekkie our first morning. We certainly felt the "Craic" and loved it so much, we will be moving to Ireland in a month.
My stay at Paula's was for me perfect. I stayed in Cork for 1month and in all that time I did't have a complaint, the service was friendly, the place was clean and cleaned weekly by Paula. The appartment is modern and is equipped with all you need, like home from home.
If your looking for a clean, affordable, mordern & friendly place I suggest you snape this one up while available.
My husband and I moved to Cork from Spain. When we saw the house in airbnb.com it looked pretty, clean, modern and cosy. After the first contact with Paula she was really friendly and inspired confidence to us so we rented the apartment for one month.
The house is very well located the shopping centre and restaurants are only a few minutes away, the area is nice and quiet whit beautiful greens all over.
Since the moment we booked Paula has been always thoughtful and from the very first day we felt at home, she has also helped us a lot and now we consider her as part of our family. We really enjoyed sharing meals at the garden or just chatting in the evenings learning about life and culture in Ireland…we have adopted her doggy called Puppy, so cute and sweet girl.
It has been really a pleasure to live in Paula’s apartment and we highly recommend not only the apartment but also her company, she is a great host and a fantastic woman.
Thanks Paula for all your support and for making what was meant to be moving-house into real and fun holidays.
Me and my friend stayed in the apartment for two weeks and we really enjoyed it. Paula was a great host, she received us very cordially and was always very helpful when we had any questions. The apartment was really comfy and clean. There are good bus connections to the Cork city centre and there's also a supermarket nearby. We would definitely stay there again and really recommend it! :-)
Our stay at Paula was GREAT!
Her home is amazing!! It's sooooo cosy!!
And Paula is unbelievable! We were lucky and had sunny weather, so we made ourself a cup of tea and had a great chat with her. It was really interesting to talk with paula, we got so many background knowledge about the irish and what it means to live in Ireland.
Even Puppy, the puppy, was the sweetest dog on the Esmerald Isle ;)
We really loved our stay at her home, it was like holiday on our holiday! Stay at Paula's, you won't regret it!
My boyfriend and I had a WONDERFUL experience with Paula!! She is the perfect host and has a great apartment. It has all the furnishings that are needed for a very enjoyable holiday. It is spotlessly clean and very modern. Withing walking distance are a couple grocery stores, pharmacies and a few restaurants. You really do not need a car but if you do have one there is a spot in her driveway for a car. Also the apt is only about an 8-10 minute walk to the bus that takes you right to center of Cork. Mostly our experience was so good though because of Paula. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and even drove us to a few places that we wanted to visit. Oh and she has the cutest little dog Poppie!!
