From the host
The house is rural with only 3 other houses close by. However 5-10 mins in any direction will take you to some wonderful restaurants, markets and shops.
Directly opposite the house you will find a wonderful farm shop, Beau Repos. This stocks incredible local produce from artisan breads to fruit, vegetables, cheeses and wine.
Our nearest village is Lumieres where you'll find a small, but very well stocked supermarket. You can also buy your bread and croissants here in the morning. There is also a Pharmacie, Cave de Vin and a couple of restaurants.

Lives in London, United Kingdom
My family and I live in London. We love France and have owned our house for almost 25 years It is our favourite place to spend time as a family throughout the year. We love to come in the Spring when the cherry blossom is out and we can enjoy some of the beautiful walks. Of course the summer months when we can eat outside under the mulberry tree and use the pool are equally special. Le Moulin de Beau Repos is a home for all seasons.
