We are happy to host you in our relaxing place!
The apartment is a quiet first floor, with a huge available terrace (about 50 m2), where you can spend time and relax.
It has a big and comfortable bathroom with tub; parquet floors; free wi-fi connection and vintage furniture: we are passionate about art (50's and 60's style...).
We are set in the area of San Giovanni, very well connected with the centre by the metro stop "Ponte Lungo", (Metro A, the same of Barberini and Spagna square, and Musei Vaticani); We are close to the night's-scene area of Pigneto,
Tuscolana Train Station, and two of the biggest parks in Rome: "La Caffarella" full of green and yellow parrots... and the ''Acquedotti park'', where you can walk among the ancient Roman ruins.
Nearby to our house you can find a nice Bio Market, the same place where we get your breakfast ingredients!
We'll be happy to give you any suggestions about the city and more.
See you soon!
Staying with Jacopo, and his two cats, was excellent! The apartment is very beautiful and the terrace is amazing! The location near to the Underground is very handy if you want to explore the city. Jacopo was very nice and gave us great tipps regarding restaurants and ice cream :) We felt really at home and hope to one day return to Jacopo's place!
Jacopo´s home was really great!
He was so friendly and gave us some insider-tipps for Rome (a wonderful roman restaurant). The location (via saluzzo) is very near to the metro and the train to the airport. His flat was so personal decorated and the two cats (Mao and Ragu) were so charming! When we went through the door - we felt at home. Who loves cats, will love jacopo´s home, and the people, which were thinging they don´t like them, will chance their opinion!
When we come back to Rome, we´ll stay at via saluzzo!

My sister and I had a relaxing stay at Jacopo's place. He was very busy when we there, so that we hardly saw each other. But he was always available when we needed help! We liked the outstanding interior decor and enjoyed looking at the many details that made his place cosy and unique.
Apart from that, the apartment is very close to the Metro station 'Ponte Lungo' which made it really convenient to get into the city and back, also in the evenings.
During our stay I broke an item in the bathroom unfortunately, but Jacopo rejected to receive any substitution and said that I shouldn't worry about that material things because they come and go. I think it speaks volumes about Jacopo and his attitude towards life. I really appreciate it! Thanks again for your kindness, Jacopo! Will definitely come back to your place when we visit Roma Eterna some time in the future! (:
I spent 10 days at Jacopo's home and I was... at home.
The flat is very well located, easy to reach by subway or bus, fitted out tastefully and quiet. The room is comfortable and charming.
Jacopo is a very kind host and if you like cats, Jacopo's place is... just for you.
We had a wonderful time in Rome living at Jacopo's flat.
The weather was splendid-full of sun- that you wanted to stay at the great terrace connected to the room, drinking wine (bought downstairs at the shop) and eating nduja-pork sausage from Calabria. Bathroom has got a nice bathtub (also for 2 persons if you don't eat that much lasagna!) and there is a rustic kitchen where there was always waiting prepared breakfast for us. Jacopo is a great Roman, always helpful to find yourself out in chaotic Rome. There were also two cats that accompanied us during the stay, very playful and eager to share our experiences:)
I can strongly recommend staying at Jacopo's place to anyone who want to feel like a Roman for couple of days!
Great location, beautiful terrace and a friendly host. We'll be staying here when we come back to Rome!
Jacopo was a fantastic host for our short weekend visit to Rome. He came and collected us even in the pouring rain. Super nice guy, so easy to get along with, he's the kind of person we're sure we could spend hours chatting to with no worries at all. His little kittens are very playful and his dinning recommendations were spot on.
We've had a lovely stay Jacopo! the room and location is great, however the real unique selling points on this apartment is the cats. Both Mao and Ragu are Rome's finest! :)
He must advise about the cats (they live inside the rooms! )
We stayed at Jacopo’s place 2 days and it was very nice experience. Situation of house is perfect: very close to the subway and to the train to go to the airport, just across the street from the house it’s minimarket. Jacopo is very positive and hospitable, we could ask him all necessary all the time and appreciate it very much!
