The space
Despite the small footprint, there is plenty of volume within the interior of this home.
A full size kitchen and bathroom, with queen bed in bedroom and a second queen mattress in the loft space.
The house and deck are North facing so you can soak up the sun.
A lockable shed is on site to stash your bikes etc in if you'd prefer to not leave them on your car.
