Newer House on Down Under Loop with the trail right behind the house! Ride to the best trails like Little Sugar, The Back 40 or downtown Bentonville(1/2 mile easy bike from new OZ Bike Park!). This peaceful home is at southernmost end of Bella Vista. Spacious and yet cozy! Quick access to the interstate. 2 car garage. Well appointed, private, great deck. Great for families visiting for any occasion. Well stocked for cooking and grilling! Ping pong or foosball anyone?! Beautiful view!

The space
Three separate bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed and TV. The second has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a full sized bed along with a twin sized bed. Two bathrooms - one has a tub/shower and the master has a shower only. 65" common area TV to stream your aps or watch TV, coffee maker and coffee provided. No smoking or vaping. Super convenient location for all things Bentonville and all the best trails

Other things to note
This house is very private with empty lots on both sides. The back deck is very private and has a beautiful view of the backyard and wooded trail property beyond. Charcoal and gas grills provided as well a hose, stand and area for washing and maintaining bicycles. Great hiking, lakes, parks, golf and waterfalls nearby. Very comfortable, super clean and cozy place to stay
