I am in the Jersey Village area, which is a northwest Houston suburb. Roughly 25 minutes away from IAH and 25 minutes away from Downtown. Public transportation in Houston and around my area is not great. I am 2 and 1/2 miles (a good 40 minute walk) away from the Northwest Park and Ride that takes you into downtown. Translation being that guests with cars or those who enjoy walking will be more likely to find staying with me enjoyable. I may also be able to drop you off at/pick you up from the park and ride during the week if you want to leave when I go to work and come back when I get off work.
There are a good amount of restaurants in the area. Houston Premium Outlets is 20 minutes away. 24 hour fitness and LA Fitness gyms are close by as well.
I work an 8-5 job during the week. When I am home and free, I will make your stay as pleasant as possible. Just let me know what your interests are and I can give you suggestions.
NOTE: I will rarely be able to confirm a booking more than 2 weeks in advance. Too many things with my travel plans and availability may change. On the other hand, don't be afraid to try to book at the last minute. If I am home and can accommodate you, I will.
Just one - be considerate.
The listing was exactly as describe! Corey was and amazing host, everything was clean and ready when i arrive. Everyone were very nice and we had privacy all day and night! No problems at all! i would deff stay at Corey's again!

Corey is a really nice guy, everything is just like his said, also He gave us many help. And the house is very comfortable and quiet, spacious. Kitchen and washer all can be accessible,it is very convinent. The community around is Also good and safe. We strongly rcommend the place.
I stayed at Corey's twice, and had fantastic experiences twice. My room was clean and spacious. My queen-sized bed was really comfortable. Corey also has a large kitchen and a large living room with a huge TV. Everything was really neat and clean.
Corey was very easygoing. We did not spend much time together since he was really busy with his work, but he was always available when I needed him.
To sum up, what a great experience! I would highly recommend Corey's house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Houston!
First off Corey was a really nice person. He was patient and communicative and flexible. For me the price was right, cheaper than a bad hotel, better than sleeping in my car. Overall the room and neighborhood was nice. Had access to kitchen and a shared restroom. Plenty of closet space. Was able to come and go as we pleased, no problems. Only grip, restroom could have been cleaner. This wasn't a luxurious hotel, don't expect that; house was kind of spartan. However, overall I was good with the stay.
I feel most alive when I am on the road. The wave of anticipation that rushes over you when you see the skyline of a new city on the horizon. The heart beating faster when you realize you may have taken a wrong turn somewhere. Seeing something so strange that makes you realize you are a million miles from home. The relief you feel when you realize you're actually going to be OK. It's a roller coaster ride sometimes, but it's fantastic.
My passions include traveling, exploring, eating, cooking, bicycling, skydiving, and meeting people from around the world. I enjoy reading, but my attention span makes me give up on books early. Unless it's a really good story. Same goes for movies. The Usual Suspects, Shawshank, Raise the Red Lantern. I'm horrible at knowing the names and songs of popular groups and singers. It's pathetic. But I do enjoy just going out to a local bar and listening to people jamming out, just for the love of music.
