  • We enjoyed staying here very much as the location could not have been much better! The apartment on arrival was clean and we were given lots of useful advice about where to buy groceries from etc.
We couldn't really think of any downsides to staying here; comfy beds, adequately equipped kitchen, hot shower, fast Wi-Fi, great location, prompt replies from Xenia & Drasco.
Also, our hosts very kindly let us check in at 12pm as we had an early flight and sent us a comprehensive list of bars, restaurants and cafes in each area of Barcelona. Things such as this made our stay even better.

    Would definitely recommend staying here!

  • My friends and I had a pleasant stay at Xenia And Drasco's apartment! It is very well located and we could easily reach a lot of attractions by walking. We would definitely recommend the place.

    January 2014
  • Barcelona is awesome! Xenia told us everything about city and places we should visit. Apartment was great - it's big enough for a couple and there was everything we need. And there is also a small balcony!

    December 2013
  • Good location, in a quiet street, relatively close to the main attractions. The apartment is nice, exactly wwhat is in the offer. Ksenia and Drasko were really responsive. We had a great vacation!

    December 2013
  • Very good location and nice basic quiet apartment. Cleanliness was a problem (blood stain on wall, stains on sheets and towels, couch, kitchenware, mold in shower).

    December 2013
  • Apartment is clean, well furnished, located in quiet street near the Park de la Ciutadella and only 10 min walk to Las Ramblas. Perfect locations. Freindly and helpful hostes. Thanks Ksenia and Drasko. Definitely recommend.

  • Perfecte locatie in een van de leukste wijken in Barcelona. Appartement is leuk, wij zijn constant op pad geweest en dan is het ideaal. Als je veel "thuis" wil zijn is het misschien wat krap.

    November 2013
  • Ksenia and Drasko provided a great stay for us. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well equipped. The location was our favourite part though, right near arc de triumf and at the end of the street where there are cute places for food, drink and coffee! Would recommend to all.

    November 2013
  • Apartment very well located. A bit noisy (but apparently it seems difficult to be in a quiet location in Barcelona)
The kitchen could be a little better equipped.
In the bathroom, it should not be fat because otherwise it is impossible to enter in the shower ...
we were very well received, with many information about transport, restaurants...
    responses to emails are fast

    November 2013
  • The location of the apartment was perfect! One of the most interesting areas that we discovered in BCN, little shops, cafes and restaurants within a stones throw. But be prepared that this apartment is very basic, comparable to a standard hotel room.

About
Xenia: I am originally from Moscow and I moved to Barcelona 4 years ago. I love this city because it's a perfect combination of history, culture and seaside, mountains and beaches, because of its climate (300 sunny days in a year) and because of it's size - it not too small neither too big. I practice Yoga, play beach volley and study german language. I wish all my guests enjoy Barcelona the same way I do, and I since I know Barcelona very well, I can give you good tips on where to eat, go for a shopping, go at night, which sightseeing to visit, and whatever you wish to know about this beautiful city. I speak spanish, english, russian and german. Drasco: I am originally from Serbia, have been living in Barcelona since 2001. I like to play basketball, interested in new technologies and in foreign languages. I know every single street of the Old Town of Barcelona and a vast majority of the other Barcelona neighbourhoods. I like people and I can answer to almost any question regarding your stay in Barcelona. I speak english, swedish, russian, catalan, spanish and serbian. We prefer to travel on our own, to stay at private houses or rooms all over the world because we believe that way we can learn more about a new country, its people, traditions, etc. Our life motto: if you dare to win, you can't lose! :-) You're welcome to stay with us in Barcelona! :-)
