  • Very bad impression for 5 days stay. First all, we booked two-rooms apartment from airbnb website. But she give us one-room apartment without notice. Only said change the address of the apartment. Second, the room's hot water is not enough for 5 people to take shower. If her room's hot water won't be enough for too many people, she shouldn't rent it. It is winter time so two of our friends did not take shower. The last, we ask for two pairs of key. The landlady give us the second key in the third day of our trip. It was too late and made us feel very unconvinced at that (website hidden) the way, the carpet is smelly as my father's socks. It's hardly to breath inside the apartment.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in Ikebukuro. The location was perfect, even if the apartment was a bit small for four people who love shopping. It was really great having a little kitchen to cook food and a washer to do laundry. Bushanah was a very flexible, helpful host and quickly responded to any questions we had.

  • Small, simple place to sleep and leave your bags while exploring. WiFi did not seem to work. Convenient location near metro. Management responded promptly to questions.

  • We stayed at Bushanas apartment for one month, it was very centrally located and the 24 hour Seiyu supermarket was a real plus as was the mifi which came in very handy. Bushana attended to all our needs promptly. The apartment was very good value for money.

  • We had a great stay in Bushana's apartment. Although it was a bit tight for the 5 of us we managed very well. The location was great, very near Ikebukuru station and the Yamamote line. It was clean and the portable internet was very helpful. We couldn't ask for more!

  • Enjoyed our week-long stay in this surprisingly roomy (by Tokyo standards) apartment. It was exactly as pictured, and although we are a family of four, the place could have slept two more as there were two bunk beds set up and a cot in the corner, although with that many you couldn't do much more than sleep there. Our family ended spending a lot of time there (comfortably) getting over the jet lag of a transcontinental flight. Bushanah gave us clear and concise directions from the airport and from the nearby train station (one of those things that looks confusing until you do it once) and presented us with a clean apartment with helpful notes where needed. The only note missing was where/how to throw out (and sort!) garbage/recycling, but we figured it out. Although everything was prepared already, Bushanah was always prompt to respond by email and was available by phone as well. Having a 24hr supermarket in the building, Sunshine City across the street, a playground park for the kids in front of the building door and Ikebukuro Station a 6min walk away, not to mention all the stores/restaurants near the station, meant never needing to leave the area for anything (although we of course did see some of the rest of Tokyo). The Mi-Fi was also a very valued convenience. Closest thing to a complaint I can come up with would be never having met anyone face to face; maybe having someone meet us to hand the key over in person would have settled my mind a bit. But I guess this is way better than having someone always around unwanted!

Thanks for helping us have a great visit to Japan!

  • We had a lovely stay at Bushana's apartment. She provided very clear directions and instructions about how to enter the building. Apartment was spotless and perfectly adequate for our stay, very close to everything. Bushana communicated with us very well, making sure that we'd arrived without trouble to the apartment. She was also very flexible with our checkout, allowing us to stay in the apartment until evening as we had a very late flight out of Tokyo.

The 24 hour supermarket downstairs was very convenient and Ikebukuro and Sunshine City were full of useful and interesting stores...check out Tokyo Hands!

We loved staying with you Oasis Tokyo Rentals. We will definitely seek you out again when we return to Tokyo. Thank you Bushana for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended, loved it!

  • Place was very clean and the location was good. Lots of stores nearby. The supermarket next door was very handy and has discounts late at night. Sunshine city mall was very close by too.

  • The apartment was nice and cosy. Might be a little small but we still had a great stay. The best thing about the apartment was its location. It had a supermarket, convenience store, shopping mall and even an arcade building located just 5mins away!

  • Staying at Oasis’s house was a good decision. Ever since you get in touch with her all questions are answered promptly. Let me begin by saying that she recommended the right place for my family since I asked for an entire house. The instructions received were very accurate. Her sister was very kind to wait for us at the lobby to hand over the keys. She even walked back to the subway with us and helps us to buy some tickets. This apartment is located close to many shopping stores and at short range to the subway. Rooms are clean and internet access is fantastic, there is a super market in the same block and a restaurant right on the corner. The bathroom was very clean and supplied with accessories is needed. The kitchen was also equipped with utensils to be used and also had coffee and tea. Perhaps the biggest value on Oasis apartment is that she makes sure that everything you need is available. Thank you to both us you girls and regards to your mom! Cheers from Venezuela! Next time we will stay longer.
