House Rules
No smoking
Not suitable for pets
No parties or events

Most importantly (noise, smoking and garbage disposal are very important issues in Tokyo than you will find in most other places - so please remember this):

*Avoid excessive noise especially outside your apartment, mostly in corridors.
*Don't converge outside the apartment for long, especially not in the corridors of the building.
* Garbage disposal is a very serious issue in Japan, please check the notice or contact the host whenever you want to dispose of garbage.
*Only the people registered on the booking will be allowed to stay overnight. Bring in more people than the number registered (without the host's knowledge) may lead to eviction. Let the host know beforehand if extra people are coming to stay for a night or more.
* Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment or in the building. You will have to go outside the building.
*Only the host is responsible for you. The neighbors and everyone else are not responsible (including the person you might find at the reception). So, if you have to ask for help of other people you encounter in the building, just remember this and do it politely. The host or the Host's Assistant should be the first person to contact whenever you have a question or problem (Use the numbers or email provided).
* Be sure not to break the laws of Japan...
