The Mountain Area Rapid Transit bus stops at Snow Summit Ski Resort at regular intervals. Shuttles are available to transport guests from Snow Summit to Bear Mountain and back.
Other things to note
$300 security deposit due at check-in, and is only charged if items are lost, stolen, or damaged. Additional rules and regulations will be presented to the guest when the reservation is made. Must be 21 to check in.
Check-In is at 4:00 PM. Check-Out it as 10:00 AM. No pets are allowed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Escape For All Seasons will hold a security deposit of $300.00 or $500.00 w/ pet (for pet-friendly units only) on a credit card form upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellations or refunds if cancelled within 7 days of the reservation date. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.
SPECIAL NOTES FOR RENTERS! Please beware, there may be ice/snow/water or deformations in and on the sidewalks and steps of this project. Please walk with caution. Parking for 2 cars per unit only.
HOLDING OVER: Occupant agrees there shall be no holding over or later departure without prior approval. Any unauthorized holding over by occupant shall be subject to a charge of 1 and 1/2 times the daily prorated rent plus any additional damages incurred including, but not limited to, the cost of alternative housing for guests displaced by occupants holding over. Late checkouts will be charged 50% of the hold over rate without approval.
CLEANING: The premise will be delivered to occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. Upon termination of occupancy, if occupant leaves the premises in a condition that requires more than routine cleaning, an additional charge will be charged to your security deposit. "Routine Cleaning" means doing laundry, changing bed linens, putting away dishes from dishwasher, dusting, polishing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, mirrors, appliances, fixtures, and counter tops.
NO PETS: Pets are not allowed without authorization. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises, occupant is responsible for all damages caused by the pet. Occupant, unauthorized guests, pet(s) and all other may be required to immediately leave the premises or be removed from it. Occupant is in breach of this agreement, and occupant forfeits its right to return any security deposit.
NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, occupant is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris. Occupant, authorized guests, and all others may be required to leave the premises, or be removed from it. Occupant is in breach of this agreement, and occupant forfeits its right to return any security deposit.
RULES; REGULATIONS; NO COMMERCIAL USE: Occupant agrees to comply with any and all rules and regulations that are at any time posted on the premises or delivered to occupant. Occupant shall not, and shall ensure that guests and licensees of occupant shall not; disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other occupants of the building in which premises is located or its neighbors. Occupant will not use the premises for any commercial or unlawful purpose including, but not limited to, using, manufacturing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs or other contraband, violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises. Occupant agrees to comply with all covenants, conditions and restrictions, bylaws, rules, regulations and decisions.
ALTERATIONS: Occupant shall not make any alterations in or about the premises including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits, or using screws, fastening devices, large nails or adhesive materials.
UNAVAILABILITY: If for any reason beyond the control of the Owner or Owner's Representative, the premises, is unavailable, Owner or Owner's Representative may substitute a comparable unit or cancel this agreement and refund in full to occupant all payments made.
OCCUPANTS OBLIGATIONS UPON TERMINATION OF OCCUPANCY: Upon termination of occupancy, occupant shall give owner all copies of all keys or opening devices to the premises, including any common areas. Occupant will vacate the premises and surrender it to the owner empty of all persons and belongings. Occupant will surrender any/all parking spaces and any/all storage. Occupant will deliver premises to Owner in the same condition less ordinary wear and tear as received upon arrival.
PERSONAL PROPERTY AND INJURY:
A. Owner Insurance: Occupant's or guests' personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by owner or, if applicable, HOA, against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal negligent acts of others, or any other cause. Owner does not insure against personal injury to occupant, guests, or licensees due to any reason other than the condition of the premises.
B. Occupant Insurance: Owner recommends that occupant carry or obtain insurance to protect occupant, guests and licensees and their personal property from any loss or damage.
C. Indemnity and Hold Harmless: Occupant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owner and owner's representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to occupant, occupant's guests or licensees or their personal property.
TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY: Occupant is renting the premises as a transient lodger for the number of days specified above from owner who retains full legal, possessory and access rights.
THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF MONEY, JEWELRY OR VALUABLES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR DAMAGE TO, OR LOSS OF, CAR AND/OR ITS CONTENTS BY FIRE, THEFT OR ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER WHILE ON THE PREMISES. I AGREE THAT I WILL BE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES TO THE UNIT AND/OR ITS CONTENTS WHATSOEVER, DURING THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. I ALSO AGREE TO HOLD THE OWNERS, MANAGERS, HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, AND/OR EMPLOYEES OF ESCAPE FOR ALL SEASONS FROM ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, AND ALL LIABILITIES TO REAL AND/OR MEMBERS OF MY PARTY WHILE STAYING AT ESCAPE FOR ALL SEASONS. ENTIRE CONTRACT: All prior agreements between owner or representative and Occupant are incorporated in this agreement, which constitutes the entire contract. It is intended as a final expression of parties' agreement and not contradicted by prior oral agreement. This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California where premises are located.
