The third floor house has a private terrace offering a breath-taking view on the valley and the town of Città della Pieve with its charming stones that turn gold at sunset.
At the ground-floor there is a leaving room area with a spacious table, a kitchenette, some comfortable couches well-functioning fireplace and one bathroom.
The three steps lead onto the private terrace where you can start your day having breakfast while reading a book, or later in the day relax ,drinking a cocktail and at night… looking at the beautiful sky full of stars.
From the terrace you can reach a very unique jet tub room that was created from the original tuff cave.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.

I’m expecting guests to have the house and all is inside in care, switching off all the lights when not inside.
Please don’t leave dirty dishes and garbage.
If you can’t avoid smoking, please do it in the balcony only.
Guests are also asked kindly to avoid noise at night.
On the day of departure the house has to be left in the same clean and tidy condition that the guest has found it on arrival, otherwise a charge of 50 euro will be applied.
For less than a week stay we require 40 E. for cleanings to be paid once you arrive. On demand a service of cleaning expences is available and has a cost of 15 euro per hour.
Inside the house a set of recycling bins is available (one for paper products and one for plastic glass tin and aluminium cans)
The house was absolutely amazing. Perfect location in a quiet charming town. Perfect spot for a relaxing weekend with amazing views. Francesco was one of the kindest people I've ever met and had perfect recommendations for anything we asked for. Highly recommend this place!
If you want the ultimate stay in Tuscany, look not further than this absolute gem in Cetona! Alessandra gave amazing directions to the place (don't follow your GPS!) that got us there with ease. Upon arrival, Francesco met us, showed us around the apartment and then went above and beyond by walking around the town piazza with us and even introduced us to many of the local shop owners. It was wonderful! You must make multiple visits to Cantina La Frasca as it was a highlight for us. Even the charming photos do not do this place justice. It is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and just as charming as you'd imagine. Simply put, it was a magical week in Cetona. I am so glad we decided to make this our home base and I will recommend this spot to anyone heading to Tuscany! Thank you again, Francesco and Alessandra for opening up your beautiful home to us! Salut!
Alessandra and Francesco's beautiful house could not have been more perfect. Francesco helped us up the little hill with our bags, suggested places to visit and even helped make a reservation in the local restaurant. Cetona is so beautiful and visiting off peak with no other tourists around was the icing on the cake. Thanks for listing your house, everything was perfect!
I hope we can come back soon and meet you Alessandra. Grazie Mille! Nicci
We had a great time at the house in Cetona. Our hosts pampered us from the time we arrived to when we left. The two restaurants in the village were friendly, welcoming and served great meals... so much so that the evening walk through the town became a daily ritual. The village itself is charming and interesting, the fabric of the buildings themselves demonstrating the town's many centuries of history through the
patchwork of stone and brickwork that make up the walls and roadways.
A great vacation, made so much greater through the kindness of our hosts.
We enjoyed staying with Alesandra and Francesco so much! What a charming and delightful house. It was so peaceful and comfortable we never wanted to leave.
The care that has gone into restoring the house shows in every beautiful detail. It is easy to see a lot of thought, patience and love has gone into making a warm and welcoming home.
Alesandra and Francesco were excellent hosts. Alesandra was very fast to respond to emails and Francesco met us at the house and gave us wonderful recommendations on where to dine and things to see. We saw him most every day and it was very nice to visit a little and have his input.
The area around Cetona is just gorgeous. We drove all over and around every turn was another jaw dropping scene.
What more is there to say? We just loved being there!
