We had a great stay at Liz's apartment. The apartment was very close to what was pictured. The apartment was very spacious and cozy. Kitchen was great and so was bathroom area. It even had a great little backyard. The best part was being next to the park and being able to park there and explore the park. The downsides was that the apartment is on a very busy street that made the master bedroom loud at night. Constantly cars and buses stopping right outside the window. There was also a lot of light coming in the windows from the street lights and the blinds were more like thin sheets. I would recommend finding something to block the light. Besides that the whole stay and location were great.

Liz's place was conveniently located near public transportation into the city, across the street from golden gate park, and with markets and restaurants nearby. Street parking was easy (rarely had to park more than 2 blocks away, typically able to park within 1 block). There is noticeable street noise in the front bedroom, but it just took a day or two to get used to. There is not laundry in the building, but the laundromat is located just 1 block away. Liz and her husband were very accommodating, quick to answer any questions or address any issues. Overall a pleasant stay for our first 3 months in San Francisco!

The apartment is nice an clean, we enjoyed our stay. Good beds, nice patio, well equipped kitchen. The handover of the apartment and keys was smooth and easy. There are some Asian Supermarkets with excellent fruit and vegetable selection on block away (Irving Street). The next coffee shop is a bit of a walk though. A really good one is Java coffee, near the beach, but thats a bit far to walk there. We could easily park our rental car in the side streets (watch the various street cleaning times!), which was convenient. The noise of the street in front of the house was the only down side ... one of the bed rooms faces that street, dont forget to bring ear plugs! The other bed room is towards the patio and very quiet.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a 9 night stay in Elizabeth's apartment. We loved the convenience of the nearby shops and the Muni stop. The apartment itself was clean, spacious yet still cozy. Would definitely recommend.

On arrival in San Francisco our host, Liz, was waiting for us and was very welcoming. She showed us around and explained all we needed to know. She also gave recommendations of where to shop and eat locally. There was a file at the property with various info and instructions also. The flat was spacious and nicely decorated, and had all that we needed there. Unfortunately, I was ill in bed (very comfy bed) during our stay so didn't get to see as much of San Francisco as I would have liked, but what we did see we thoroughly enjoyed. It is an amazing city and well worth a visit. The location of our flat was great for us. It is just across from Golden Gate Park, and within easy reach of public transport. I would stay here again if we ever return to San Francisco.

We are a couple with a daughter. We like to live like locals when we travel- food markets, cooking, coffee at the corner in the morning. We are frequent travelers and keep a tidy apartment when we do.
